buti nga sa Globe walang vat tax, sa smart pa kaya laki ng vat @ 12% pa naman
meron din pre.. kaya 1159.82 yung plan na 1299.. nyu 139.18 and 12% na vat.
Not sure on how smart works if on top ba sa plan nila..
