hindi ko alam kung ano ang nangyari sa android phone ko (myphone rio fun 3g) nag "Unfortunately the "all apps" has stopped"


lahat po ng apps hindi gumagana kahit isang app na walang gumagana pati ang settings ko, launcher, bluetoooth, wifi, etc

ang floflood po siya (constantly opening)

hindi ko po ma uninstall ang mga apps at hindi ko po siya ma format,

triny ko na mag format pero ganun parin hindi na format!!!

PLSSS HELP

parang ganito pero lahat ng apps nag floflood ng ganyan
