1 month na po ako naggym still nagaalinlangan parin ako kung anong amino ung pde/dapat kong gamitin
para makatulong sa pgbuild ng magandang muscles

1 & half month pa lang ako nag gym. yung iniinom ko amino2222, tapos pag maganda na yung katawan mo amino 6000 daw mas maganda.
mas maganda din yung whey, kaso ang mahal. kung may budget ka mag whey ka na lang.

tanong lang, ilang lbs. na ba binubuhat mo? :D

TS lalaki din yang katawan mo magtyaga ka lang. di nman minamadali pagpapalaki ng katawan eh, kain ka lang lagi.

amino 2222 is supplement food pag nag gym ka kasi ung muscle mo need tone at food relax kaya ka imiinom ng amino para sa muscle mo imagine kung mag gym ka tapos anong kakainin mo kanin at ulam lang ,,,ung amino helps u to realx at food ng muscle ,
and second walang side effect and amino, i been taking amino for almost 8yrs now before and after gym and before u sleep pra food ng mucsle mo thats the purpose of amino 2222,,,bow
 
pwede maiwasan ang pimples basta lagi lang iinom ng tubig. nakaka pimples kasi ang amino acid
 
tama dyan ako tinagyawat dati, pero now soya nalang tinitira ko meron sa 711 tip para lumakas ka magbuhat, paggising mo sa umaga push up ka ng tig 20 limang set nakapatong dapat paa mo sa upuan, turo sakin ng gym trainor ko mas lalaki pa chest mo, tapos pyramid pag magbench press ka 1st move ko 120 lbs then dagdag 140,160,180 pag malakas ang araw ko nagpapaspot ako sa 200 nakaka 4 naman ako, pero madalang ko lang gawin nakakasira daw ng wrist ang sobrang bigat, ask niyo mga trainor niyo alam nila yun.
 
Tama. Ang sobra-sobrang pag-intake ng amino acids at proteins ay pwedeng makasira ng mga kidneys.

Aanhin mo pa ang magandang muscles, kung nagpapa-dialysis ka naman every now and then?

Umasa lang sa natural na paraan. Ang testosterone, na hormone ng mga lalaki, ay nakakapag-palaki ng muscles. Tamang workout lang.
 
I must agree.. There is one important side effect to amino acid supplementation that you left out. Amino acids can cause kidney damage.Why not use meat, eggs, dairy, fish, (legumes and whole grain together) … They all have other nutrients as well, and the natural balance might preclude to boost your amino acids.

sure thing amino acids or whey protein can build and repair ur muscle but unfortunately why would go into more supplements when u can have side effcts at coud damge ur kidneys.. thnk abt on this one guys.. workout and natural way k n lng..
 
mas maganda all-natural........before, im using amino tabs,pero npapansin ko la naman gaanong effect so i stopped, gastos lang kasi...just stick and rely to a proper training, diet and rest cycle....

yung pinsan ko nag te-take ng amino acid for 9 months patay na ngayun dahil sa kidney failure. almost 1 year din sya nag dialysis.
 
Kung magtake kayo ng amino pag workout days lang at inom ng maraming water kasi dale talaga kidney dyan
 
Kung advice lang need mo on how to take amino, before workout, 2 capsules then after workout 2 ulit.. Sabi pa ng iba kaya daw nagkakaroon ng pimples, kasi d msyadong maximize yung workout, kumbaga yung workout mo d msyadong intense, d ako nag tatake netong amino, prefer ko whey hehe

kung ako sayo mag hire ka ng instructor kung kaya naman ng bulsa mo.
or kung tight budget ka naman, mag all natural ka na lang kahit wag ka na mag amino
magka-muscle ka man ampaw naman mabilis maging fats pag tumigil ka.
iba pa rin ang natural
matagal bago mawala hubog ng katawan.
 
check mo sa youtube ung effect ng amino, pati ung pag inom ng ibang supplement
