Need Help after Factory Reset

My papa asked me to reset his phone(Starmobile Muse) so ginawa ko, nag hard reset ako using recovery mode. Then after na reset ko na, reboot ko agad then ang nangyaring problema, sa activation screen nagstastuck or hang. Where the first screen appeared is to set up the date and time but the problem is kahit sa next or kahit saan or swipe down para makita yung notif bar. Hindi talaga siya nag reresponse. Sana may makatukong. Need lng talaga para Hindi magalit papa ko. Salamat. ^^
