Need Help Installing Windows 7 Ultimate

Im trying to install a Windows 7 Ultimate sp1 OS on my x64 win10 laptop
but i can't seem to do so
i tried downloading and installing x32 and x64 but still no luck
im using bootable flashdrive(wintoflash) since it has no dvd-rom
it always give me winload.efi error
Tried turning Legacy On on boot,
tried turning secure boot off but still no luck
i also made a extra 100gb partition for the OS(Win7)
Tried both sticky post untouched iso x32 & x64 and win7 lite

does anyone know how can i fix this

gumamit ka ng DLCD 2016 then install mo sa flashdrive mo yung DLCD. Boot from FD na may naka-install na DLCD then Choose Windows 10 Mini OS tapos pag andun ka na sa Mini Windows, open cmd then diskpart then list disk tapos select disk 0, depende kung anong disk number nung HDD mo tapos enter, tapos type "clean".Tapos restart mo and i-try ulit si Windows 7.

pwede mong ma format yung sa laptop mo na hard drive(ok lang na ma wala lahat ng laman?)
gamit ka muna ng windows 10 na installer tapos sa part na pwede i delete na ang mga partition i delete mo wag kang gumawa ng bagong partition hangang delete lang restart mo yung windows 7 na installer gamitin mo

im trying to dual boot x32 win7 and x64 win10 bro
i can't wipe my data thats why i need to create a new partition. thanks btw

mejo complikado naman yan boss
i only have 1 HDD with 3 partitions
C: for win10
D: for backup
E: for win7
also i can't wipe the data. importante po ang mga naksave kasi

ok sir i'll try it
never had issues before on wintoflash till now
ngayon ko lang na encounter tong error kaya kala ko corrupted lang talaga ang nadownload ko kaya dami kong nang nadownload na ISO

Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.6.3 yan pwd rn
pero ito WinSetupFromUSB-1-7 mas maganda pwd mo lagay lahat ng os windows 7, 8, at 10. .yan gamit ko para d na ako lagi nag papalit ng os sa flash drive ko
