newly installed windows 7 question

guys need your advice. kaka reformat ko lang ng pc ko ive installed windows 7 ultimate. fresh install ginawa ko
i was wondering if pde ko ba i-off ang windows update para hindi na magupdate kase parang defective yong mga updates ngaun
lage nalng nasisira pc ko. galing na ako sa win 7 pro to windows 7 ROG then windows 8 then now balik na ako sa windows 7 ultimate
parang kase pag naguupdate dun nasisira os ko. and if i-turn off ko po ung update and mag manual download ako anu po sa
tingin nyo dpat ko iinstall ung basic microsoft updates na dpat nka install...

current OS : fresh windows 7 ultimate SP1

pwede mo naman i off windows update ts seach mo lang sa start yung windows update tapos click mo yung change setting tapos palitan mo ng never check for updates

ganun nga ginawa ko sir. just wondering if baka meron mga updates ako mamiss. like yung mga visual basic, .net framework, d kase ako magaling sa mga ganun hehehehe
or mga codecs

okie lng e off mo windows update then e manual monlng update ng VB,Dotnet

Pwede ka naman mag-install ng updates kagaya nyang .NET Framework
Usually hindi gumagana yung ibang programs pag wala nyan
Tsaka OK lang yan i-off mo yung updates if ayaw mo mag-update yan mag-isa
Ganyan kasi pag PC kasi sa kaka-update minsan mag-crash ang PC
May mada-download ka naman na updates @ manual installation gawin mo
