Yep, mas advisable na HARD RESET muna before update. Just go to SETTINGS > PHONE > PHONE MANAGEMENT > FACTORY SETTINGS > DELETE DATA AND RESTORE

Before you do that, make sure na properly backup'd ang phone data mo like CONTACTS, CALENDAR, NOTES, etc. Kasi yung DELETE DATA AND RESTORE option will delete all data in your cellphone, including applications and everything inside the mass memory (drive E). Backup your cellphone in your memory card (drive F) and also backup via Nokia Suite. Para maraming source ng backup kung sakaling mag-fail sa isang method.

Also, make sure na may SIS file (installer) ka ng mga apps na ginagamit mo so that after update, pwede mo ulit ma-reinstall yung mga apps mo.

After that, do the factory reset/hard format.

Pag sure ka na na clear na at factory reset na si phone, saka ka mag-update.

to show running apps, press and hold menu/home button

Yes paps, *#7370# is the shortcut code. Pareho rin yan. Although minsan ko ginawa yan, napansin ko, hindi naman na-format pati yung mass memory. Anyway, you can always repeat the hard reset pag hindi pa rin formatted yung mass memory. Then do the method I gave above. Good luck!

It's a widget, select mo yung CLOCK, DIGITAL sa list of widgets, then remove the analog one if you don't like it.

Yun pong POWER SAVING MODE, ma-a-access mo lang by pressing the POWER BUTTON. Andun yung ACTIVATE POWER SAVING.

May napansin lng ako sa picture gallery,nung anna pa gamit ko nakakapagplay ako ng slide show na may background music pero ngayon slideshow na lng talaga,wala ng option to add background music,ganun din po ba sainyo?

wala dn pala nung power saver.. ^_^

sir pwede parin pong iactivate ung power saver by simply pressing the power button once then select m lng ung activate power saver..

May napansin lng ako sa picture gallery,nung anna pa gamit ko nakakapagplay ako ng slide show na may background music pero ngayon slideshow na lng talaga,wala ng option to add background music,ganun din po ba sainyo?

oo nga no, wala ng option na to background music.. ganun di po saken, kachecheck k lng..

Hi, kaka-update ko lang po to Symbian Belle, pero before the update, hindi ako nag hard reset and hacked pa po yung phone. After the update, tinry ko po i-hack ulit and ang gamit na method is yung "New Hacking Tools Utilizing DrWeb6 for Symbian^3 - Anna - Belle".

Bakit po ayaw mag install ng DrWeb6 kahit nag hard-reset na after the update? Laging "Unable to install, component is built-in." Anu po ibig sabihin noon?

Tinry ko naman po yung isa pang method after ng panibagong hard-reset. Yung "Norton Symbian Hack by CoDeRus - Symbian^3 - Anna - Belle". Pero, after ko po ma-restore yung sa quarantine, noong binuksan ko yung rompatcher provided, sinasabi, not found daw po.

Ano po kaya ang magandang gawin? Sensya sa abala.

Parehong pareho tayo ng experience, both sa Dr. Web at Norton. Wala na, tinigil ko na lang. Ayoko na mag-hard reset eh.

Pero kung desidido ka, hard reset mo daw yung phone mo ulit as in burado lahat pati mass memory. Then saka mo gawin ulit yang method.
