if im not mistaken, kelangan mo ng credit card/debit card for your windows live account. then tsaka ka lang makakabili nung apps.

walang way para ma-jailbreak as of now kung NOKIA DLOAD ang bootloader ng lumia mo pero kung QUALCOMM, possible naman po majailbreak.

this one's from xda-dev forum:

Turn the phone OFF, then press and hold VOLUME UP + POWER until you notice a short vibration. Plug in to the computer. If the phone turns up in disk mode (USB Mass Storage Device), then you have an unlocked bootloader. IF you're in Windows, it will ask if you want to format the disk. SAY NO OR IT WILL EXPLODE (it won't explode but you might break it)
If the device detected by the computer is Nokia DLOAD you have a locked bootloader and you're out of luck, at least for now.

basically ipapadetect mo lang po sa computer mo yung device, magppopup na dun sa system tray mo yung type ng bootloader. Qualcomm bootloaders are already unlocked thus a possibility of installing an unlocked custom rom. In contrast, Nokia DLOAD bootloaders are locked...

As far as i know malabo pa ang openline for lumia na may DLOAD bootloader..e parang puro NOKIA DLOAD ang bootloaders ng mga lumia na nirelease sa pilipinas... unless may magtestify na may naka-Qualcomm bootloader dito.

I'll check if the store that I bought my nokia 500 from has a lumia 800 with qualcomm bootloader.. will give you an update if it does..I'm planning to buy this phone maybe sometime soon..
