ayaw mag update sa akin ang N82, please help naman jan, laging nag phone recovery tapos ginawa ko naman mga steps, wala pa rin... naman jan mga naka experience na mag update....

yup, dinownload ko pa mismo sa site ng nokia. broadband po ako... na download ko na ang firmware, pag install na lang ayaw...

thinking about updating pero nag dalawang isip ako.

bakit? openline tong phone ko sa greenhills.
naka lock kasi from an autralian network.

baka kung iupdate ko, baka mawala yun pag openline at ma lock ulit.

ano ba device mo? as far as i know di naman sya nalolock kasi yung n82 ko na openline got it with version 11, upgraded to v20,v30, v31 still openline and hacked

naka connect ba charger sa phone nyo during updating?, kung hindi eh pakitry na lang kasi ayaw din tumuloy nag-update me 5800 1st try, then followed instruction paano tanggalin isa-isa nakaconnect sa phone eh yun charger kailangan yata nakaconnect, then exit muna NSU. Then tried it(NSU) again with the charger connected to the fon and finished the update.

bkit wala ung 4.0839.42.2.1

n73 po ung phone ko..
nDL ko na ung NSU sa site nila. tnry ko rin sa PC suite ganun parin xa.
any solutions na pede ko gawin??

I have a 3250 and successfully na upgrade ko sya to V3.24
Gusto ko po sana lagyan ng FExplorer, since S60v3 po ang symbian nito I read na kelangan ko pa gumamit ng Hello Carbide para ma install yung FExplorer. Pero according to this: http://www.nokiasoftware.net/symbian-applications-os-9-1/10583-drakkarious-hack-3-01-all.html
kelangan ang version ng 3250 ko is V4.14 or V.4.60
na check ko na sa nokia updater yung latest na firmware which is what I already have on my phone
Yung V4.14 or V.4.60, official updates ba to?
Or baka may alam kayong ibang way para malagyan ng FExplorer ang 3250?

Pa help naman mga sirs.

First of all, we do not encourage updating non-official firmware. Doing this unofficially might damage your system and void your warranty. May sarili kasing product code ang mga unit natin for the latest available firmware based on Region.

Yung product code ng made in India o China is different from product code in Europe. So hindi ibig sabihin kapag ver 3 ang FW sa Europe eh puede mo na rin gamitin ito sa unit mo! Although kayang palitan ang product code using proper gadgets and ofcourse may bayad!

Ngayon kung gusto mo lang ma-hack ang unit mo eh not necessarily you have to update your firmware. kagaya ng ng link na binigay mo eh katulad lang din nito sa Symbianize Drakkarious 3.01 - Install Unsigned, Signed, Binpda, Non-Binpda etc (old firmwares)

Kung mababasa mo sa bandang ibaba nung post ng TS:

NOTE:
This version is NOT COMPATIBLE with nokia phones with latest firmwares. Check the firmware date by pressing *#0000* on standby. If date is August 2008 or higher, this version probably won't work.

Kaya kung tutuusin mas maganda pa nga wag mo muna i-update ang FW mo! :

And to correct things...ang Nokia 3250 falls under s60 3rd 9.1 Pre-FP1...so try mo pa rin gamitin yung Drakkarious which doesn't require Cert. & key.

Ngayon, yung FExplorer ay puede mong install pero hindi mo kailangan ito sa HelloOX. What you need is x-plore or Activefile manager or Modo para ma-access mo yung hidden/private/protected folders and files.

Sa ngayon ang importante makakuha ka muna ng Cert & key mo dito How to Register & Acquire OPDA's Working Certificate

I thought imperative na to upgrade my firmware pwede pa lang hindi na.
I was able to find an upgrade for 3250 pero nag aalangan ako buti na lang di ko tinuloy.
thanks ulit I'll be trying what you suggested instead.

nakakainis naman talaga tong updates nila eh grabeh whole day ako nag update ng FW sa n70 ko laging downlaoding failed pinakamataas kung na DL is 0.7mb out of 41.2mb wtf den almost 10mins ang 0.7mb sa tingin ko indi stable ang NSU ng nokia...

Bro kailangan kasi hi-speed internet connection dito! Baka may prublema ang ISP mo!...recommended DSL!
