rooting
1.download binary tool and pdanet here:

2.enable usb debbuging on your o+ device.
3.install pdanet+ after the installation may lalabas na dialog box. click "other" and press ok.
note: your phone must be disconnected until step 3.
4.a dialog box will appear once again, now connect your o+ 8.12 on your computer then press ok.
5.a "found new hardware wizard" will appear, select install automatically until the adb interface is installed.
6.when all is done, pdanet+ will also be installed in your phone, enable usb teethering on pdanet+
note(again): kapag successful ang installation ng pdanet+ sa phone, meaning nababasa na ang o+ mo.
7.extract binary toolkit.
8.click the runME batch file.
9.cmd window will be prompted, press 1 then enter.
10. follow additional instructions until the cmd says that the rooting is a success. (magrereboot ang cp mo).
pag nakita mo na ung superSU sa phone (after at least 2 reboots.)
done! rooted na ang o+ 8.12 mo!
(windows XP po ang gamit ko pagroot.)

successfully rooted my 8.12 using the steps above. Bilib ako sa o+ 8.12, nag freeze na lahat lahat during the rooting process, tinanggal ko battery, at cable, binalik ang battery, binoot sabay saksak ng cable, then umasa na babalik nako sa binilhan ko at siguradong magmamalfunction. viola, nag start, then nag update, then lumabas yung superSU ng icon. Rooted.
Bilib ako, normally sa ibang phone, bootloop na yun, worse, bricked pa. Galing. Plus points sa O+

modulus mayron dn ako 8.12 na phone matanung lang kta ilang days ba mglolowbat unit mo? Sa akin kasi 1 day lng kahit d ginagamit.. Hindi rin mka download sa play store error - 101 ang nkalagay gamit q data connection..

Me nagpagawa sakin dito 8.12 Hard reset lang tas login ulit ng google acct at naging OK na xa.

Sir, update mo lang yun playstore mo, ganyan din saken nung kakabili ko palang, pati nga data connections sa default browser ayaw din.. check mo version ng playstore na nakainstall..ok nga sana tong o+ natin, medyo mabilis lang malowbat.. iroot daw ata solusyon e..

pa help nmn while installing pdanet i got error=103
sir pano pag nakalimutan yung gmail account?
hard reset mo na lang yan dre . .
1. charge mo muna yung phone mo. 75% to fully charge para mas ok
2. hold down o long press mo ang power button at volume up para magboot sya sa recovery mode.
3. pag nasa recory mode ka na, piliin mo lang yung factory reset or wipe data
4. tapos pag ok na o tapos na mag restore, piliin mo naman yung reboot.

mga bro sino sa inyo may stock firmware ng o+ 8.12? para may back up ako.. kailangan pa kasi padala sa o+ service center para magupdate ng firmware.. hassle at mahal pa.. thanks..
