1.download binary tool and pdanet here:

2.enable usb debbuging on your o+ device.
3.install pdanet+ after the installation may lalabas na dialog box. click "other" and press ok.
note: your phone must be disconnected until step 3.
4.a dialog box will appear once again, now connect your o+ 8.12 on your computer then press ok.
5.a "found new hardware wizard" will appear, select install automatically until the adb interface is installed.
6.when all is done, pdanet+ will also be installed in your phone, enable usb teethering on pdanet+
note(again): kapag successful ang installation ng pdanet+ sa phone, meaning nababasa na ang o+ mo.
7.extract binary toolkit.
8.click the runME batch file.
9.cmd window will be prompted, press 1 then enter.
10. follow additional instructions until the cmd says that the rooting is a success. (magrereboot ang cp mo).
pag nakita mo na ung superSU sa phone (after at least 2 reboots.)
done! rooted na ang o+ 8.12 mo!
