hi, magandang gabi po . meron po akong e988 F240k korean olleh, ask ko lng po kung bakit wala akong OTA update, walang software check or update sa settings>about phone . tapos pag nagconnect ako sa lg support , sabe naman latest software . hindi po ako rooted . gusto ko matry and kitkat kasi .. TIA po

hi mga sir...panopo ba gamitin ang .kdz flash tool??...gustoko sanang I flash xa para ma update ko sa official na kitkat...im using f240L...meron nako files pati .kdz na file...pero diko alam pano gamitin..

alisin mo yung batery ng phone mo makikita mo sa likod ng phone if f240l,f240s,or f240k ang unit mo, if f240s or f240k ka hnd tlga gagana ang LTE sim ng smart dahil f240L lng ang support ng Smart LTE

Sir F240k yung unit ko. Nakakaexperience kasi ako weak at signal drop regardless kung anong network gamit ko. Baka may tutorial kayo on how can i remove my current ROM and baseband. Di pa kasi ako marunong, baka kasi sablay lang pagkaroot nung F240 ko. Thanks in advance.

I'm from G2 V5 on F240s

- I flashed back to 4.1.2 JB thru KDZ http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2438088

- then flashed 4.4.2 kitkat f240s20d thru KDZ

-root using this procedure http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2699067

-then install cwm attached file GPRO_Recovery_6.0.4.4.zip ( thanks from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...2699067&page=3)

-download latest sphinx rom and and corresponding patched for your device

- copy zip files to your internal memory

-turn off your got to recovery wipe data/factory reset
- wipe cache
-wipe dalvic cahe

-install rom
-install patched for your device
-reboot system

enjoy!



so far no problem encountered from this Rom
battery is great, all working.

makikipasok na din po..LOGP user din po ako..E988 po ang gamit ko..itatanong ko lang po sana kung pano magupdate ng OS from Jellybean to Kitkat via OTA, kasi po pag nagupdate ako..sinasabi lagi sakin latest version daw po ang gamit ko..pero parehas lang kasi kami ng kaibigan ko ng LOGP E988 din yung knyang pero updated na sa Kitkat yung kanya..ano po kayang pwedeng gawin..tnx po

update via lg mobile support tool or ota, kung rooted phone mo, i suggest na via lg mobile support tool about 1.6GB yung file size sa support tool at 600MB sa ota..
