Nga pala talaga pong skipped yung sd-ext na yan. Dont worry po...completed yang backup mo...para sure, make a copy of your backup sa pc..copy clockworkmod folder then paste anywhere in your computer. Para safe pa rin...baka kasi di sinasadya mabura ang laman ng sdcard mo.
Yung binary count makikita yan sa download mode (Volume down+Power+Home)

Sir sinuggest ko talaga na huwag siya mag backup sa Manager kasi may possibility na mag fail siya, besides mapupunta rin naman siya sa recovery eh. Tama kayo na mas safe nga po kung sa recovery mag backup.
Nag CF root si sir Baek kasi kailangan nya ng CWM recovery.

Edit: Ang astig naman nung DUAL BOOT...matagal ko na tong gusto subukan...katulad ng nasa HTC HD2, dual boot ng Android at Windows...galing di ba?

Pwede na po kayong gumamit ng Siyah.. The good thing about having CWM installed on your CP is that pwede mo ka ng magflash kahit ilang besis ng ROM/ KErnel ( flashable sa CWM ) na hindi ka magproproblema sa Binary count mo...



Saka bout sa BAck-up.. Mas gusto ko Nandroid back-up using CWM kasi mas madali.. hehehe

@memcute - nagkamali ka lang po ng na flash, baka sabay sabay mo na flash mga kitchen apps sa batista. Gumagana po yung ice cream domination 1.5 universal.

Yung bug mo sa contacts and dialler nangyari din yan sakin sa mismong checkrom. ang ginawa ko is restart from scratch. reflash rom then isa isa kong inapply yung mga kitchen tweaks then wala na yung contacts and diallers bug.

Why I stopped using batista rom? Because the maker stopped supporting it and move to galaxy note. His mentors continued his legacy on the brand new, 4seasons rom compiled by the best people of his team.

about check rom - its basically like 4 seasons and batista rom but checkrom has kitchen app that contains lots of mods you can apply to tweak your own liking.

about 4seasons - I really recommend this rom as well, see it's web page. It has a lot of unique tweaks. Offline voice command etc

Nakapag-drain (0%) naba kayo ng battery ?FOR HOW MANY TIMES ?
hindi ko maintindihan ,
yung sabi ng mga nababasa ko, i-calibrate (drain,then charge, then remove for 3 mins, at ibalik) daw ang battery,
sabi naman ng S2 phone (pag naglo-lowbatt) icharge daw agad pag lobat na,
makakaapekto raw sa charging cycles pag hinayaang magdrain.

Hello, I just bought my galaxy SII and I am disappointed by its battery life. Gusto ko sanang mag update to 2.3.5 kasi sabi nila maiiprove ang battery life dito. Pero wala pa pala nakarating sa Pinas ang update through Kies. . I want to root my phone to improve its performance but I am afraid na baka ma brick ito o magkamali ako. Please help me.

Tama po. Mas maigi na huwag mong idrain o hayaang malowbat ang S2 kasi bad effect ito sa battery. Pero for calibration purpose, kailangan mong malowbat pero not to the point na na power off siya. Iba iba ang paraan ng calibration pero in the end kailangan mo ring i wipe ang bat stats sa cwm recovery or kahit anong method just to wipe it...

Well ganun po talaga. Firmwares (modem) are oftenly updated by kies not the android system itself. Wag po kayo mag alala kasi hindi po mabbrick ang phone lalo na sa root. Just do it carefully. Isang million ang success samantalang 1 ang brick.
Edit: Kung balak mo na talaga mag tweaks. Basa ka lang muna then if you're ready na, do it. If things get messed out then ask here for help. Dami po tutulong sayo

Basically they are the same, pero para sa mga tamad na katulad ko na mag hanap ng tweaks, yung checkrom ay may kitchen app to install themes and tweaks.

By the way, last version na kasi ng foxhound ang 2.8 so lipat na muna ako. Yung continuation nila is 4seasons rom.

Still testing checkrom though.

May battery extended user ba dito? Yong nabili ko sa samsung 2000mah, pag check ko sa battery widget 1650mah lang capacity. Normal ba yon? Tnx

kagabi, inintay ko mag-1% si battery,
then chinarge ko (TWICE), after mapuno, tanggal,
then charge ulit ng 1 pa, mga ilang minuto puno ulit, tanggal ulit si charger.
i removed the battery for 3mins, and put it back.
AYOS!!! nawala na yung "jumping" to 98% ....
pag bukas ko ng phone stay sya sa 100% for 7-8 mins, then ginamit ko na in a normal way.
