Flashing stock kernel will not remove root. Kung rooted na di mawawala yan...unless you are goinh to flash stock rom. Anyway, nag search ako bout with "G". Itong thread kasi na to ay for international version. Mag kaiba nga ang international sa may G, sa cpu at gpu. So magkaiba rin ng kernel at rom. Kaya kung magflash ka po make sure na ang kernel/rom ay for G version.

Regarding po sa rooting, sorry di ko agad nabasa na may G ka. Base sa previous posts mo nag root ka with different kernel (with G) pero may prob ka sa root permission.
1. San mo po nakuha yung kernel? Stock kernel po ba yan?
2. After yung "root" process mo, nag install ka ba ng superuser sa market?

mga sir, makakapag install ba tayo ng mga paid apps ng libre kapag rooted ang phone, nang hindi nagbabayad?, curious lang

Kahit hindi ka po rooted makaka install ka pa rin ng paid app ng libre, search mo lang sa google yung paid app, halimbawa search ka "titanium backup pro apk". Laging may apk sa huli. Saka marami namang cracked version kahit dito sa symb eh

rooted i9100G custom kernel (Optional: Extract zImage file from .tar file using winrar. Then you can replace zImage on my package so you can remove your yellow triangle)

ginoogle ko lang po. Try niyo rin po mag google sir nemo, Im sure it will help. Google pa naman ang gumawa ng android hehe.

mga boss, sabi kasi sa CheckROM RevoHD™ v4 based sya sa XWKK5 at ang modem nya ay XXKI4.
ibig ba sabihin nun ay kelangan ko
mag flash ng xwkk5 at gawin ang modem ko na xxki4
o
kapag naflash ko yung CheckROM RevoHD™ v4 automatic na gagawin nyang ganyan ang modem ko pati ang version.

it means after flashing your baseband become KI4 and build no to KK5.

sir matanong ko lang. kung sakaling hindi ko magustuhan ang isang rom na ininstall ko. irerestore ko lang ba yung back up ko at wala na kong gagawing factory reset at fw flashing. ?

o

kelangan ko muna mag flash ng same firmware mula nung naback up ko - factory reset - tsaka ko i apply yung restoration?

Kahit magpalit palit ka ng ROM (maliban sa AOSP), wala ka na po gagawin.

Kung gusto mo mag restore, just RESTORE lang.

OT: di ko po alam kung ano kaibahan ng kernel at stock kernel na sinasabi mo?, pasensiya na..
