Maganda parin talaga S2 (Exynos chipset) ngayon kahit Quadcore Mediatek Mtk6588 (CM Omega HD 2.0) hindi to kayang tapatan or Qualcom Scorpion dual-core 1.7Ghz (Xperia SL)

Tanging Krait cores lang ang tatalo sa kanya.

aaahh... sa pagkakaalam ko kaya talo ang SL sa s2 dahil sa higher resolution offered by Xperia S/SL at 720p and a much weaker and older gpu (adreno 220)... dahil dyan, mas dagdag ang strain sa processor...
well... antutu nga running on s2 (JB 4.1.2) lagpas 10k ang score na nakuha ko eh... compared to the XS with a puny 8k result (ICS). but on real life performance and usage... talagang lamang pa rin ang S2... if only it had a 720p display...

well... not really... it's just that the cpu is not the only factor kaya talo ang SL.
about sa display... the colors are really vibrant... but too cartoonish na minsan eh...
try watching HD videos and playing HD games sa S/SL... tabi mo sila side by side ang you'll see the difference in pixel density and crispness of images... crispness ng color lamang ang s2 eh

Normal n ulit ung phone ko . nalalaro ko na ung nba2k13 ganda tlga laruin. problem lng kpg nag FPSE minsan nag lalag gsto ko dn kc stable ung playstation emulator. pano ba ma resolve un? sa ram po ba ito ng s2?

yung cartoonish eh dipends on the beholder, and sa sharpness hindi naman sila ganun kalaki ang difference unless itabi mo and tignan mabuti (examine) otherwise hindi mo mapapansin, kumbaga sa photography eh zoom in the image then crop right? ang benefit ng higher ppi sa S/SL compare sa S2 ay mas sharp only if you (examine) at itabi sila. pero alam mo naman siguro ang downside at ikaw na mismo nag sabi hirap yung cpu, gpu dahil sa ganun kaya mababa ang performance, kaya nung nilagyan ko ng N.O.V.A 3 at bladeslinger yung SL ng katrabaho ko eh napapakamot ako eh, for me hindi bali ng mas mababa ang resolution or ppi basta ba mag eenjoy naman ako, kesa ok mas sharp nga ng konti pero naiinis ka naman sa performance.

Soc is important kapag HD na ang usapan kaya tama lang desisyon ko na itong S2 kesa dun sa quadcore HD local brand

Na-upgrade ko na to Jellybean S2 ko using yung Globe firmware na na-download ko from Sammobile site. Need ko pa ba i-flash ito? Ano gagamitin ko na version pang flash dito? Gusto ko din i-root ito, ano din version gagamitin ko? Salamat sa reply mga tol!

hello po ano po mas safe at mas malinis na paraan para magtanggal ng busybox files sa root system ng wala maiiwan na kahit isang files, busybox uninstaller po ba o flash stock rom sa thru pc??? need lang po.. slamat

Wala ako ni-restore...kaso meron na ako nakita isang issue, madalas mag-hang whenever nagta-type ng text or message. Seems need ito i-flash...

last night napag laruan ko yung Xperia z ng brother ko at dahil napag usapan ang screen kahapon naicompare ko sila.

Xperia Z with TFT 1080 x 1920 pixels, 5.0 inches (~441 ppi pixel density)

S2 with Super amoled plus 480 x 800, 4.3 inches (~218 ppi pixel density)

On white paper (internet) sobrang laki ng differnce sa screen more or less 120% from resolution to pixel density.

medyo sumakit ang mata ko to check the 120% difference in pixel density but no luck hindi ko mapansin or baka hindi lang ako marunong haha! hindi ko rin nagamit yung konting kaalaman ko sa photography

as we can see from the images may pagka Over Saturated yung sa Xperia Z something na hindi na natural although we appreciated it in cartoons

does higher resolution and ppi is really an advantage?

kung hindi mo naman talaga sya basta basta napapansin (like spot the difference pictures ) well its not an advantage for me but a disadvantage as far as performance is concern (except for Xperia Z because of its powerful chipset)
