i disagree. walang katotohanan na "D." means 'destruir'.
Remember in an SBS on Chapter 70, Oda never really telled the meaning, instead he just said to read it as plain "D" for now.
until today, no explanation has been said yet about the "Will of D.". IMO, when one of the Gorosei mentioned that "D" means danger.
that's just his impression on the carriers of the D. name.
Hope this clears up the mystery on "D" for now, let's just wait for a proper explanation in the series.

I agree with your 1st statement, but not all of them are just adapted. Most of the scenes not found in the manga are planned out early by Oda to be included in the anime, sometimes its because chapters are limited to a few pages.
That's why some of what we consider extra scenes appeared in the anime, but sometimes they also add scenes based on what the manga hinted to them. IMO, Oda had given TOEI the guidelines on what not to show and what they may add in the anime. I agree that he gives out all the character designs for the TOEI to use.
And about the 2nd, We just had the topic of what to consider as the SHs improvement after TS. I stated "Monster Point" as his last form, but I'm not giving an actual info, i'm just giving out my predictions and I thought of calling it as "Monster Point" coz it sounds obvious to me.
I know that Robin's DF ability doesn't allow her sprouting body parts to become intangible, but I am giving the prediction of maybe after the TS, she had mastered her ability that makes it work like a logia ability becoming intangible when it gets attacked. It's possible in Chapter 629, when Sanji hurriedly tried to grab her with both arms to save from getting hit by Luffy and Jinbe's fight, her whole body had vanished into flowers making it look like she also mastered to sprout her whole body then make it look like a clone. Since it was not yet animated nor asked in an SBS, i really look forward of seeing this as an improvement on her DF ability.

1. Sir, Hectic po masyado ang work schedule ni Oda para mag supervise pa sa anime. Weekly manga pa naman siya hinde naman po bi-montly or monthly. Kung nagbabasa kayo ng Bakuman medyo malalaman ninyo paano pagawa ng manga especially workaholic pa naman si Oda. Check ninyo eto page na eto para maliwanagan kayo sa fillers sa Anime. Atsaka eto credit niya sa staff is original creator. Here's the sa staff info from MAL and ANN. Credible source po yan.
Example ng plot holes na ginawa ng anime. Eto ay sa Warship Island Arc lang pwera pa yung ibang complains.
•When the Straw Hats find themselves surrounded by a Marine Blockade connected by steel-chains, Roronoa Zoro says that he can "cut anything" and proceeds to slice through the steel chains. However, later in the canon Alabasta arc, Zoro reveals he cannot cut through steel.
•Another plot-hole is revealed during the Thriller Bark arc. Zoro at one points out to Ryuma that he does not believe in dragons, a line that doesn't make sense after seeing Ryuji.
Sa palagay mo gagawen ni Oda yan ganyan ka obvious na mistake? Atsaka po lahat naman ng anime adaptation ng mga manga ay madalas wala control yung mangaka.

1. Yup, I'm aware of how mangakas do their job, alam naman natin lahat na over worked na si Oda sa pagbigay ng epic chapters every week. He even said that it takes him 3 days to finish a panel (forgot where I read it from). I think he had this whole anime planned from the beginning, he even picked who's gonna do Brook's songs years before Brook was introduced in the manga. I assume that he has a some script-like for the animators to fulfill because IMO if they have nothing like that, they wouldn't bother adding such extra scenes like when Buggy thought about Luffy having Rayleigh as his uncle, IDK for the fillers, that maybe the reason why there were plot holes.

1. Okay, I get your point. Yes, may mga instance na nakakapagbigay siya ng suggestions or warnings pero seldom lang po talaga yun. Hinde din niya sinusupervise yung script 24/7 trabaho po nung script writer yun. Nasa link na binigay ko sayo yun. Fillers are fillers ika nga never treat them as canon. So yung kay Buggy atsaka yung ilan plot holes we could take it as a anime canon and not as manga canon. Iba yung manga-verse sa anime-verse.
2. He took one rumble ball for Guard Point. Baka yun ang tinutukoy niya so leave at that muna but I'm also leaning towards that panel of Chopper popping the RB to boost it's effectiveness.

mukhang alam ko na ang magiging content ng mga next episodes ng One Piece... Puro about sa mga nakama naman yan na may konting back story... tapang ni X drake, astig naman ung isa sa mga fav place ni kaidou parang super modern naman ng tech doon...!!! Ilang linggo na lang at 2 years after na yan... Excited na agad...
