PLDT Paano eContact ang Ultera Support

Hi,

Tga mindanao po ako, trying to call using my cp ang *1888 pero no luck "Cannot Completed in Dial" daw.
Trying to call 171, 172, 173 pero need area code and Telephone number eh Ultera ang gamit ko hindi DSL.

Any suggestions? kung sino dito gumamit ng Ultera. Thank you po ng Marami

Make sure you're using smart/tnt sim sir.
Or if other networks make sure to have atleast 7php load.
