Steps to Bypass ISP Throttling to increase YouTube buffering speed.
Step 1> Click om start then type cmd then right click on it and select run as administrator
Step 2> Now copy the below code to command prompt and hit enter.(to copy text to cmd right click on border of cmd windows >then properties>then tick on quick edit mode and insert mode)

A.) Click start

C.) In the box type system.ini

2.) You should get system notepad file with this inside.

4.) The final result should look like this.
5.) Save the notepad file and reboot your system

Nd it's up......reconnect to the
