Partition Size Guide

Mga lods hingi ako payo. I have 250gig hard drive, mag install ako ng windows 10 64 bit, ang mga kadalasang software na ginagamit ko is auticad 2021, ms office, chrome and video editing. Ano pwede ko gawing partition size sa hard drive????

Ps: planning na rin for ssd, but for now hdd muna....

Gawin mo nalang sa C Drive: 200GB and yung natitira pang miscellaneous files mo like resources ng editing.

Please note that a 250GB hard drive does NOT exactly have a 250GB of usable space. Normally on a 250GB hard drive, you only get around 232GB of usable space. Plus, windoze always creates several hidden partitions not to mention the actual OS' system files. Kung meron ka TS external hard drive I would suggest wag mo na lang ipartition yang 250GB mo.

Back in the XP and Win 7 days, yes, 250GB HDD was still big enough. Pero ngayon sa Win 10 medyo maliit na yan. Personally whenever I'm setting up Windoze 10 on a less than 500GB HDD, hindi na lang ako nagpapartition, and I notice it performs better. Kung at least 500GB yan (which has around 465GB of usable space), then yes I would go on partitioning.
