we have this hospital program that we run on every computers in the network. So basically most of the PCs are on the domain. And the domain IPs are in the range of 10.10.1.1 ~ 10.10.1.126 under the subnet of 255.255.255.128. And the database or server of the hospital program is inside this domain and it's IP is the 10.10.1.1. Now around 70+ computers plus machines already used up the 10.10.1.xx series of the IPs, problem is that there are about few or more new computers are about to come and IPs are already used. I'm thinking that since the database of the hospital program is located at 10.10.1.1 and under 255.255.255.128, Is it possible that putting an alternate IP of 192.168.1.xx series will work? if the new computers arrived and assigned IP of the range 192.168.1.xx? will these computers be able to connect to the database? even if these new computers are outside the domain?

One fix po is iedit ang subnet mask to 255.255.255.0, with that 10.1.1.1 - 10.1.1.254 po ang pwedeng IP range. If ilalagay po kase sa ibang network range, hindi sila magcocommunicate. Kung nasa windows server ang DHCP role, dapat idelete muna ang existing, then gawin yung bago with the new subnet mask. Kung sa Router lang galing ang IP addresses, change lang ng subnet mask sa router.

yung database kase nasa loob ng Active directory which is nasa 10.10.1.1 subnet 255.255.255.128, ngayun kung hindi sana nakalagay yung database sa domain or active directory pwede pa sana maka connect yung ibang PC na may IP range na 192.x.x.x kase possible naman daw na maka connect yung hospital program kahit wala sa domain. Nagkataon lang na yung IT admin is nilagay nya sa domain yung database at limited pa yung IP na na setup, 10.10.1.1 ~ 10.10.1.126. ngayun yung naiisip ko sana, since ayaw galawin ng IT admin yung current IP na 10 series, mag lagay na lang ng ALTERNATIVE IP sa TCP/IPv4 na may subnet 255.255.255.0, para maka pasok yung connection ng program sa database, sa ngayun di ko pa na susubukan kase nag hahanap pa ako ng ilang kasagutan kung possible?
