Peanut and bread breakfast gain weight?

ask ko lang totoo ba na kaka gain ng weight pag lagi mong breakfast is peanut with bread?

gusto ko kasi mag gain ng weight .. gusto ko subukan yung mga mass gainer kaso di kaya ng budget and nag umpisa din ako mag gym :)
 
6 eggs a day, 2 bananas and milk bro. Malakas makagain ng weight at nasa budget lang..water and sleep as well..samahan mo ng gym para mas bumilis gain mo..
 
try to take vitamins propan w/ iron, tapos gym, proper rest and eat healthy food :D

Try mo ung athlene whey protein
tapos haluan mo ng banana, milk, oat meal,water tapos peanut butter para more calories
 
kain ka marami calories na pag kain dapat maka 2400+ calaories ka para ma dagdagan weight mo, hanap ka ng apps para ma calculate ung need mo na calories to gain weight marami kay google niyan.
 
The secret to gaining weight is taking small, frequent feedings. Meaning, kumain ng maraming beses sa isang araw. However though, fast metabolism may be due to genetics, wala na tayong magagawa dun.

Pero kung gaining muscle, take protein na high biologic value (yung maraming essential amino acids). Tofu is a good alternative to expensive protein shakes.
 
Depende din sa katawan yan. Meron kasing katawan na malakas talaga tumunaw ng calories. May kakilala akong mas mabilis pa siya pumayat kesa sa tumaba. It took him
8 months to gain a few kilos, pero it only took 1 month or two para pumayat siya.

Just eat food with high in protein.
