bago palang me naging symbian, pero matagal tagal narin me digital artist sa photo studio, dami mga ways ng pag edit, pero share ko lang mga basics na napakadali and maiwasan ang "Over Retouching"

A. open image

B. tang-galin mga visible na distractions (pimples, scars etc) by the use of Patch Tool (keyboard schortcut - J)

Note : para hindi ma over retouch do it in about 30sec. (huwag ng galawin ang mga sobrang liliit na bagay, ung very visible lang)

NOTE: EYE BAGS , very sensitive kasi ang eye bags, it can either make a face or destroy a face. (pag naka-hiwalay ang eyebags sa mata ok ng gamitan ng patch, pag nakadikit sa mata huwag na muna galawin)

C. :
Duplicate the layer (keyboard shortcut - Ctrl + J)

Dust and Scratches - radius 15 (Filter-Noise-Dust and Scratches,, keyboard - Alt T, N)

Gaussian Blur - radius 9 (Filter-Blur-Gausian Blur,, keyboard - Alt T, B)

Press Keyboard Letter - 'V' shortcut ng Move Tool

Press Keyboard Number - '4' shortcut to make the Layer have 40%Opacity (if you want 35% Opacity, press 3 then 5, magkasunod)

Add Layer Mask - Makikita ito sa Pinaka baba ng Layer (press F7)

Note: make na ang Fore Ground ay Black, Back Ground is White (press Tab)

Press Keyboard Letter - 'B' Brush Tool , I-todo ang Feather ng Brush- Hold keyboard key 'Shift' then keep pressing '[' hangang lumiit xa, ang reverse syempre ay ']'

i-set ulit ang size ng brush by pressing '[' or ']' yung tamang size ng Eyes and Lips nung i-ne-edit na picture.

I-Brush yung eyes at lips, para maging sharp xa ulit, minsan ginagamitan ko rin yung butas ng ilong (sorry sa term) depende kung gaganda ba or papangit ang picture nya.

-para sa beginners brush nyo ulit lahat, iwan nyo lang yung face

-para sa advance users, use Pen tool - 'P' (i-trace paikot yung face then press Ctrl + Enter) or Lasso 'L', select yung Face then Reverse Selection (Ctrl + Sift + i),lagyan ng Feather Radius na 5 (Ctrl + Alt +D) then Fill Fore Ground (Alt + Backspace Key), De-select (Ctrl + D)

i-Merge ang dalawang layers shortcut Ctrl + E

so basically nilabuan lang naten yung picture para may glowing effect at para narin mawala yung maliliit na distractions sa face

ok Final Touches nah para hindi ma-Over Retouch limit yourself ng 20seconds para dito (after nyo mag apply ng settings)

Press 'S' for Clone Stamp Tool

-set the Mode to Lighten (Why Lighten? para ang kukunin lang nia na sample is yung Light colors, Safe xa kaysa sa Normal mode)

-set the Opacity to 25% (keyboard shortcut press '2' then '5')

-set the Flow to 35% keyboard shortcut hindi ko pa alam eh

-set the Brush Feather Hold Shift key + '[' (todo hangang lumiit)

Kung mapapansin nyo maliliit lang values ko sa settings, kasi poh mahilig ako mag madali, safe ang ganitong settings sa mga Fast Users ng photoshop and Ini-iwasan poh natin ang Over Retouching

how to use Clone stamp tool for Beginners:

Hold Alt key (mag iiba ang itsura ng cursor), then 'Click' yung lugar na kokopyahin (release Alt), then i-brush lang sa lugar na may natirang distractions (i.e. eye bags , nose, cheeks etc).

NOTE: Duon kayo kumuha ng source sa mismong pag gagamitan nyo, example kung nag Clone kayo sa Lighter Side ng Cheek - duon din Kayo mag Alt + Click same Rule para sa Darker side ng Cheek, Maiiwasan sa ganitong paraan na LUMAPAD ang mukha ng tao

Sa aken ginagawa ko lang ang final touches ng 10 - 12 seconds
kung aabutin kayo ng more than 20sec malaki ang possibility na nag-OOver Retouching na kayo, for beginners ok lang na mabagal

Concerns lang poh, ginagawa ko mga ito sa mga studio shots na picture na may magandang Lightings at make-up. Normaly tau mag eedit sa mga pix na galing lang sa Fon at Digi-cams, bago kayo mag Retouch ng pix i-Correct nyo muna yung Levels(Ctrl + 'L') or Curves (Ctrl + M), Saturation (Ctrl + 'U' note: yung saturation lang ang i-adjust) sa mga Advance users pinaka Last step nila ang Levels.
