Sa brush Settings un, click mo ung scatter, lalabas na din dun ang jitter, spacing etc

Or try this:
Press "B" Shortcut for Brush

Click Window>Brush
Lalabas ang Brush Window with 3 tabs, Brush Preset, Brush, Clone Source
Select mo ang Brush
Then Sa ibaba, select mo naman ang Scattering
