May bagong update nanaman si smart pag naexpire na load mo diretcho na sa safezone, hindi na tulad ng dati na biglaang magrerestart yung modem. Kailangan nanaman natin ng bagong tricks sa pagbug

Home bro ultera is very sucks in our area. as i observe from my neighbor. im using a plan 999 smart canopy lately and i satisfied with my connection, i dont have any problem at all browsing, downloading and streaming.and then the time has come i was afraid for. smart called me earlier this day and they planned to change my connection into Ultera. i insisted not to change my connection but i guess theres nothing i can do but to agree because of some reason. now im using ultera and it really sucks planning to cut it out and change for a better internet connection.

Me either bro, I pay my first billed but when I found out I change homelte sim to LTE prepaid sim... Woah I got unli dl and fast connection without capped :D, almost 3 months I didn't pay my plan 10mbps

Since April 30 nung nag migrate kami from canopy to ULTERA, parati nlng nawawala ang connection. Naging syota ko na mga customer service nila since everyday kong tinatawagan. But until now ganun pa din, intermittent connection. Rason nila baka malayo daw sa site, eh wala pang 200m ang smart site mula sa bahay namin. Another s&%pid reason is I've reached 1gb usage, eh tulog pa kaming lahat pag gising ng 6am capped na??? Way to go ULTERA </3

Hahaha! Di naman sakin nakapangalan to eh. Sa mama ko :D 3 weeks palang samin to. Balak ko na sanang di na bayaran. Okay lang kaya yun? HAHAH

bukas mag aaply ako ng Ultera, goodluck na lang sa akin, walang magawa kundi sumubok, sablay kasi ang Globe sa area, di makausap ng matino ang CSR nila, puro hotline ang itinuturo, sa singilan lang mabilis!
 
pagprovince type ka ts mahirap nila mapull out yung modem mo tatamarin puntahan ka pero pag city itago mu nalang yung antenna hehe

Salamat sir! May admin access na kaya to? And pwede po ba gamitan ng prepaid sim to? Suspended na ung service ko eh, 3 months na ko di nagbabayad hahaha..
 
Woah! Nag-try na rin akong di nagbayad ngayong month malapit ng magsecond... Pero di kagaya noon na pag every 30th day of the month till 7 of next month palaging ring ng ring ang cellphone namin. Bayad na daw kami para di maputulan. Haha nagsasawa na nga akong katelebabad every day sa smart hotline, eh! Kaya pag-alam kung sila ang tumatawag off agad ang cp ko. Pero ang magaling kong ina sinasagot pa yung tawag! Grabe, last month ok pa yung connection then bigla na lang bumagal. Nakabadtrip di ba? Hinihingi ko lang naman technician baka sa antena namin yung may sira. Pero wala pa rin.... Hay! Kaloka ang smart.

Ok lang pag mag-games kami di masyadong halata na mabagal yung koneksiyon. Lol
