wala namang capping kasi araw araw nagddl ako e pero depende sa lugar nyo kasi may lugar na pag 10mpbs may ilang subs nakakakuha ng 8.7 8.0 mpbs something kasi sakin 5mbps kami at nakukuha namin yung max which is 5mbps

sir plan 1,299 po kami tapos gumagamit po ako ng IDM as I can see, capped po ang speed sa 256-244kb per sec, it only show im just availing that much speed well infact sabi ng provider namin is 2mbps, and I'm the only user who use internet only... please explain sir. Pde rin pm nyo ko sa FB or txt nyo ko msg me sir pra mg usap tayo. Kc prang discrepancy to, nag punta na ako sa local store pero sabi daw nla i rerefresh lg nla pero wala nman nangyayare, parang kalokohan.

Malanday, Marikina area. Plan 1299. Still hitting consistent speed after 4 months. Nagkaproblema lang nung nakaraang linggo nung nawala dial tone. Sabi nung lalaki lumuwag yung saksakan sa cabinet. Buti naayos agad.

throttled ba ang YouTube sa max speed na 4Mbps lang?

10mbps ang plan ko, pero bakit 4mbps lang nakukuha ko sa download speed kung mag YouTube? Hindi ko na papanoon ang 1080p na video ng walang lag dahil na lilimit lang sa 4mbps. Theory ko naka throttle down sa 4mbps ang IP ng Google sa PLDT kasi kahit mag download ko sa Google drive 4mbps lang rin ang max speed pero sa iba OK naman umaabot ng 10mbps.
