^ pwedeng sa side ng pldt, restart mo yun modem, then speedtest... repeat process until makakuha ka ng ip address na mababa yun ping or tama yun speed. kung ganyan pa rin, paki screenshot rin yun optical info mo ng modem using admin web gui. pwede kasing mahina yun received power ng modem, you can call 171 technical at ireport yun isyu

Ping test mo muna yung PLDT IP address para malaman kung may problema between your house and PLDT. For ex., 112.203.160.1 or 210.213.160.1. Best kung wala. From PLDT to other addresses, halos wla ka na control, unless marunong kang magpalit ng route.

same thing happened to me this morning, mukhang may unannounced maintenance sa mga server ni pldt, pero nag restart ako at nakahanap ng matinong wan ip. this usually happens pag ilang araw na hindi nareboot yun modem at darating yun time na yun wan ip sa modem ay erratic yun speedtest na binibigay... walang problem ang line since -20dbm ang received power mo, siguro nasa 50 mbps higher ang subscription mo

Try changing route kung ang connection between house and PLDT is good but bad kung tracert sa final destination. Ganoon ba case mo? Anong result pinging to PLDT IPs?

Two ways lang alam ko to change route. One, turn off router/modem until your IP is changed (end of lease time?) hoping the system will take a new less problematic route to the destination on next power on. Two, changing your IMEI by "spoofing." Kung connection between house and PLDT is already bad, no need to try these. Call 171.

same thing happened to me this morning, mukhang may unannounced maintenance sa mga server ni pldt, pero nag restart ako at nakahanap ng matinong wan ip. this usually happens pag ilang araw na hindi nareboot yun modem at darating yun time na yun wan ip sa modem ay erratic yun speedtest na binibigay... walang problem ang line since -20dbm ang received power mo, siguro nasa 50 mbps higher ang subscription mo

newly installed plan 1899 25mbps 133 meters from the NAP box = -20dBm...
yung sa line ng friend ko w/c is 50mbps (old plan 3500) mas malayo sa NAP box 233meters = -26 dBm, pero mas swabe ang latency nya walang RTO.
kaya nagtataka ako.. duda ko panget yung NAP box namin.. same din kasi ang issue nung mga kapitbahay kong nakakabit sa box na yun..

Mga paps sino po taga brgy commonwealth? Ask ko lang if fix naba is ang line ng Fiber sa may litex road malmost 1week na wla pa ako internet ayaw na yata ayosin, PLDC nga talaga.8

^ pag linksys wifi router ay walang name na lumalabas sa dhcp client list maliban sa mac address at ip address

Im not sure if this is AP isolation related problem, before i upgraded from dsl to fibr, i can access my cctv (connected to LAN) via 192.168.1.X:80 on any browser, but now i cant, also, when i ping my cctv's ip the result is always host unreachable.

guys tanung lg po , fiber residentia po ako yung mga ip pa ibaba kasi sya, pwede o possible ho ba gawin static yung ip?? na nadedetect o mabilis na nadedetect na ip thanks

naka public ip kasi yun fiber user kaya everytime magreboot ka ng modem ay panibagong ip address. kung gusto mo static ip lalo na kung may cctv network ka at gusto mo ma-access yun feed anywhere ay irerequest mo sa kanila yan pero may additional charge.

3mnths n simula ng nag request aq ng upgrade to fiber til now di p aq kinakabitan meron nmn linya ng fiber samin.. prang ang bagal ng action nila..

Itawag mo yan sa products & services sa 171 at itanong mo kung meron ng job order.. pag meron nakapila na yan sa subcontractor pero mas inuuna nila ng new application kaysa sa migration. Kung magkataon na yun byahe nyan ay sa area mo ay swerte pero pag naka 2-3 na kabit yan ay back to base na. Minsan iniiwan nila yun cable para ikaw magkabit sa loob ng bahay mo at babalikan na lang.naka depende kasi sa dispatcher nila kung saan ang rota nila

Static IP - iisang IP lang ang gagamitin mo - at yung maibibigay ni PLDT eh forever na sayo yun basta nakasubscribe ka sa kanila - May additional bayad pag gusto mo mag pa static IP, ask PLDT about it through their hotlines or go to their nearest branch

Public/Dynamic IP - pabago bago yan pero magbabago yang IP address mo (ipchicken.com) once nirestart mo si modem mo or pag pinatay mo si modem mo for a while like 5 mins tas pagbukas mo may bago ka ulit IP address na nakaassign sa modem mo

If you want ng static ip suggest ko sayo wag na - magsasayang ka lang ng pera. (kapag residential ka or pang gamit mo lang)

Like me kahit naka DYNAMIC/PUBLIC IP address ang gamit ko pabago bago man ng IP yung aken - ginagamitan ko ng DDNS via no-ip.com

What is DDNS? Eto simpleng explanation base lang sa naiintindihan ko ha? DDNS para sakin is yung IP Address ng modem mo ngayon (icheck mo sa ipchicken.com) eh pwede mo ipangalan like this

Ang ip address ko kunyari -> 112.200.111.111

Gusto ko iname yung IP address ko ng "putnam" para hindi mo na alalahanin at tandaan kung ano ba yung IP Address mo sa bahay

so ang ginawa ko eh pumunta ako sa no-ip.com -> register account -> verify account through email -> register my IP address as "putnam.ddns.net" tas sinet ko sa modem ko yung website na nilagay ko na "putnam.ddns.net"

It means ang katumbas ng IP address mo sa bahay eh equals to - "putnam.ddns.net" everytime na magaccess ka sa CCTV you can enter this Domain Name System (DNS) your "putnam.ddns.net"

So may easiest way ka na para maccess mo yung CCTV, files, even the computer na hindi ka na nahihirapan na tandaan yung IP Address mo sa bahay na pabago bago once nirestart mo lol

I am using right now at anlaking tulong nito sakin even magrestart yung modem ko, kahit magiba pa ng IP address yung modem ko still I can access my files na with the help of DDNS. If you want a deeper explanation pa - hingi ka tulong ng marunong sa network sa lugar mo since ang pinaliwanag ko lang sayo yung gamit ng DDNS at advantage neto.

PS: You need to update your DNS na sinet mo sa no-ip.com every 30 days or else may chance na baka makuha ng iba yung DNS mo lol
