PLDT PLDT ULTEra - Cell site locking?

Nagkakaroon ako ng problema sa Ultera ko, tuwing 8am to 12am ang speed nya is 1 to 2 mbps lang, kapag mga 1am to 6am umo-ok naman ano kayang ibig sabihin nito?

Congested naba mga cellsites?

Kung may way sana para mag cell id lock yung antenna ng ultera ko, please.

Shared kasi yang gamit mo, expect mo na marami ka kaagaw during peak hours.

Hindi naman as in puputulin/downgrade ni PLDT si Ultera pero gagamitin parin nila frequency niya for postpaid para segregate connection sa prepaid users. BTW Nakuha ko na yung home wifi postpaid, kaso wala siyang sim slot and band 42-43 lang available same sa Ultera modem

fildipik itawag mo nalang sa support nila para irefresh nila kaagad cellsite sa location mo, mas maganda invite mo rin mga kapwa Ultera users sa inyo para mapabilis action nila, mostly 1- 3weeks saka balik normal connection hindi tulad way back 2016 6 months hahaha​

Could you give your feedback? reliable and consistent po ba? I'm hesitant to accept the offer because I can't get enough info about this package sa internet, tapos another lock-in for 2 years.

Consistent naman sa location ko, minsan lang magka congested at least repaired in within 2-3 days or worst 2 weeks. Kagandahan nito pwedeng dalhin anywhere bili kalang powerbank and 12v usb converter
