Sir,since dati gumagana namn..tapos nagyon hindi,,try mo nalng e factory reset yong program..kaso nga lang sacrifice mo talaga yong mga nka install mo jan just to try lang if sa program lng yong problema.

mostly reason ayaw ma detect yung file info ng RAM and solution.
- Check RAM slots if maayos ba at nag dedetect
*Check bios to see if the memory installed on board is exact.
- Check memory if same ba sa bios
*Alt+Ctrl+Del to pull up Task Manager
*Go to Performance Tab>Memory for Win. 8 and above
*Go to Memory for Win. 7 beloww
If you find that 4GB is not reported as the total physical memory fitted.
But the bios reports 4GB of memory detected.
It means that the configuration of windows has been capped to see, or use only a set amount of physical memory in it`s configuration settings.
To check if the memory windows uses is capped.
Click on start.
In the search bar type : MSCONFIG.
Press enter.
A new window will open.
Click on the boot tab at the top of the new window.
Then click on the Advanced option tab.
A new window will open.
To the top left you will see a tick box for maximum memory.
If there is a value typed into the box bellow it remove all of the numbers.
Then un tick the maximum memory box if it is ticked.
Click ok
Then click apply.
Then ok again.
Restart the system.
Let windows load.
And again open up windows system information.
If it says Installed physical memory fitted as 4GB.

nangyari din saken yan pero dahil yun sa 32 bit lang os ko nung ginawa ko nang 64bit naging ok nman try nyo na lang magpalit ng os windows 8 or 10 na 64bit ^^
