Negative, lucid dreaming is still dreaming but you can control it

I have a hypothesis base on a theory that dreams is just a reverberation or echoes of the outside stimuli. Try to see daily (or every hour) movies or pictures of hell or devil (death, wars or atrocities) for days, weeks or even months until you see it in your dream. To make the dream more realistic, listen to monstrous sound of beast, demonds, suffering, bombs and volcanic eruptions. Smell bloods in hospitals, smokes and pollution in cities, putrid waste of people and animals. Or in short, expose yourself to those stimulus opposite to Ideals or perfection. Focus yourself on these things until it becomes clear to you. Then wait for a dream of hell, everything you had seen will appear on your dream. Goodluck!

I'm a lucid dreamer before, the only disadvantage of lucid dreaming is that sometimes the dreams you kept on dreaming seems like almost reality itself.
