ginawa ko na po ung step 5 pero pag dating po sa step 6 di ko na po magawa dahil wala po ung .vpk dun sa folder.

Sir ask ko lang kung saan napupunta yung mga na download na games... sa memory card ba? Gaano po ba kalaki ang isang game.. sensya na balak ko kasi bumili ng vita... at pwede naman any in phat or slim yan diba?? TIA

yes sa memory card yung download and install ng games. usually mas mataas sa 1gb per game pero meron abot mga 3gb yata afaik. Pwede to sa phat, slim, and playstation TV

boss pde na mgtransfer via usb ang vitashell just hit select and mareread na xa ng pc/laptop. (plug in your vita via usb)medyo may topak minsan qcma eh

pwede using filezilla as long as same wifi network naka connect yung pc and yung ps vita ngalang sobrang bagal nun. mas mainam parin qcma sakin wala naman issues tyagaan lang ng troubleshooting. Saka use yung latest na vitashell(v1.62)

Just read your post. Haven't tried it yet. May chance po ba na mabrick yung vita ko in case magka-prob sa updating/installation? Thanks.

so far wala naman feedback na na brick ang system nila. usually ang problems with installation ay resolvable by a simple power cycle/rebooting your device

OP ako sa vita hacking scene since walang interest at halos lahat na yata ng mga vita games eh may copy na ko. gusto ko lang laruin sa ps tv ko yung mga fan translation. this is a good guide to start with. thanks ts

yun lang, cant connect my ps tv to qcma. nagawa ko na to iconnect sa pc through qcma, di ko alam bat ayaw gumana ngayon

ako din bro hindi ko pa nacoconnect yung ps vita tv ko sa qcma, so i used filezilla plus wifi to transfer the small vpk files gaya ng offline installer at latest version
ng vitashell which supports USB mounting! antay antay nalang sa tut niluluto ko pa hehehe kaka bili ko lang ng ps tv at kaka install ko lang ng HENkaku after
a lot of trial and error.

Sir.. meron ba or pwede to sa PS Vita 3.65 version??? TIA

pa antay nalang po ng TUT to follow na ginagawan ko ng screenies galing sa actual kong ps tv naka bili ako sa gameline Php 2990 walang mem card at walang controller

hindi ko pa nasubukan ang slim may kanya kanyang advantages at disadvantages. Kung ok sayo ang mas mabigat ng onti at makapal for the grip pero magandang OLED display, dun ka sa phat pero kung ok sayo ang may internal memory, lightweight at mas cheap dun ka sa slim

ginawa ko na po ung step 5 pero pag dating po sa step 6 di ko na po magawa dahil wala po ung .vpk dun sa folder.

try mo i rename ung file into ALLCAPS.VPK (dapat hanggang 8 characters lang at all caps sya para maging visible sa vita shell based lang sa experience ko)

How to setup your Playstation TV for HENkaku!?


Requirements:


-- Playstation TV on 3.60 firmware or below

lahat ng brand new na PS TV outside Japan ay lower than 3.60. Ang nabili ko sa Gameline! eh version 3.01 so swak na swak sya @2990 Petot only. Pinatesting ko rin muna sa kanila bago bilhin
para ma check ang firmware.

Please note na rare na ngayon ang PSTV dahil hindi bumenta :'(


-- PC with internet connection via WIFI


importante po na naka connect sa wifi ang PC mo (wireless hindi via ethernet, wag makulit baby boy) dahil ang gagamitin natin pang file transfer ay ang filezilla software which will enable FTP between PSTV mo at PC.



-- USB thumb drive (any size wag lang less than 1gb )


eto ang gagamitin natin na pinaka memory card ng PS VITA, mamaya mai ma-mount mo sya sa PSTV mo :') . pero kung may pambili ka ng normal na memory card ng $0ny (naks rich kid) pwede na yun.


may mga nakapag testing na ng 1 Terabyte na external HDD and reported working daw (required lang na may sariling power supply si HDD kasi kulang yung power galing kay PSTV), kaso para sa benefit ng nakararami dito stick muna tayo sa USB thumb drives para masaya

How to upgrade your PSTV firmware to v3.60?!



step 1. gamit ang iyong PC, download mo itong PS VITA OFW 3.60 ang pangalan ng filename nyan ay "PSVUPDAT.PUP"

step 2. gawa ka ng new folder named "PSVITA" doon sa USB mo. Tapos, sa loob nung "PSVITA" folder, gawa ka ulit ng isa pang folder na tatawagin nating "UPDATE". Ilalagay si "PSVUPDAT.PUP" doon sa loob ni "UPDATE". so ang mangyayari nyan sa folder: PSVITA>UPDATE>PSVUPDAT.PUP(yung nasa loob)

step 3. habang naka completely shut down si PSTV natin, press and hold mo yung power button at least 7 seconds. dapat mag start sya into safe mode.

step 4. connect ka ng ps3 controller (nag try ako ng ps4 controller ayaw gumana) and then push the "PS" button.

step 5. Select [Update System Software] > [Update from USB Storage Device]

step 6. May prompt yan telling you na insert mo na si usb na may update file. so tanggalin si controller, then kabit na si USB. Follow mo nalang yung mga prompts and be sure na 3.60 yung firmware na iinstall natin or else hindi gagana si HENkaku!


note: If your PS TV system does not recognize the update file, check that the folder names and file name are correct. Enter the folder names and file name in single-byte characters using uppercase letters. source: PS Vita System Software Update


Ok so now 3.60 na si PSTV natin, let's proceed para maenable ang HENkaku!


How to enable HENkaku sa PSTV?!


step 1. open mo yung web browser. go to http://henkaku.xyz/ and click install. dapat ang mangyari ay automatic nyang install ang
molecular shell sa PSTV natin.

in case hindi gumana, try to reboot your PSTV and clear browser cache. Make sure na naka 3.60 firmware ka or nasunod mo na yung step sa taas.


congrats! Naka enable na ang HENkaku sa PSTV mo. Pero hindi pa tayo natatapos dyan!


eto yung pinaka tricky na part para sakin, yung initial transfer ng file via FTP para ma install ko yung vita shell (yung molecular shell na na install kasama ng HENkaku ay hindi stable at hindi nya pa supported ang USB mounting.


How to transfer files from PC to PSTV?!


step 1. Download and install filezilla sa PC natin here

step 2. Sa PSTV natin, since enabled na ang molecular shell via HENkaku, pwede na mag FTP. Open mo si molecular shell.

step 3. Connect mo sa same wifi network si PSTV at si PC. Pwede kang gumamit ng wireless usb stick to connect via wifi, or pwede rin laptop.

step 4. press "select" sa controller mo ng PSTV para lumabas yung prompt regarding sa FTP.

step 5. yung ip address na naka indicate sa PSTV example "192.168.1.5" (baka iba yung sayo) ilalagay natin sa "Host" dun sa Filezilla. Keep username and password blank.
yun namang "1337" ay ilalagay sa port doon sa Filezilla.

step 6. click "connect" / "quick connect" dapat lalabas is ux0 mo dun sa window sa kanan. Yan yung root directory ng
PSTV!

step 7. hanapin mo na yung .VPK file na gusto mong i copy sa PSTV. bale drag and drop mo lang sya sa ux0. Eto yung mga recommended ko to start para mapadali ang buhay mo:


HENkaku offline installer ginagamit to para ma install ang HENkaku kahit wala
kang internet connection. Ang ginagamit dito yung preinstalled na email app sa loob ng PSTV.

Vitashell v1.62 eto ang pinaka importanteng software for PSTV owners. Pagka download mo nito and install sa PSTV, pwede ka na mag mount ng USB / external HDD sa PSTV mo so no need na to go through CMA/OPENCMA/QCMA

Anti Blacklist v1.2 since maraming games ang hindi pwedeng laruin dahil sa blacklist ng
SONY, kelangan install natin eto para maging playable halos lahat ng PS VITA games sa PSTV.


note: pag nag eeror pag drag and drop mo sa ux0, try mo ilagay sa loob ng ibang folder sa ux0 yung VPK or any file na ilalagay mo.
