View attachment 381042View attachment 381043

ang gamit ko po pangundervolt is msi afterburner and gpuz pangcheck. both set up po current while running heaven benchmark

salamat po sa makakatulong

Throttling in CPU or GPU is basically caused by non other than - heat. Yan kung bakit naglabasan ang ibat-ibang klaseng fan-based and water-based cooler. Unfortunately in your case TS you're using a laptop. Not because it's called a "gaming" laptop doesn't mean it will be able to dissipate all the heat inside the way a real gaming desktop does. It just doesn't have the room for that.

Now to your question, "anong difference ng undervolt sa underclock?" Undervolting is as you know, kapag nilower down mo yung voltage ng isang component tulad ng CPU or GPU from its normal setting. Underclocking naman is kapag nilower down mo yung clock ratio, FSB, or frequency ni CPU or GPU. Both are normally just called "underclocking" since kapag nag undervolt ka, normally bumababa din yung clock speed.

Sa underclocking, when the component fails, in most cases it causes real damage sa chip mismo. That's why mas delikado mag underclock kesa mag overclock. And if you're going to do it on a CPU, the safest way would be through the BIOS.

Obviously you did it right, kaya nasabi mo na ayos naman yung unit mo. Sa "over" kasi kapag nagkamali ka the chip should be able to reset back, because it's by design. Pero sa "under" kapag nagkamali ka, there's a high risk na masira sya since most modern chips are not designed to do that. Why? Because manufacturers knows around 98% of CPU/GPU tweakers do "over" and much less users does "under"
