Ahh okay. Ayos pala yang Teams sir. Ginagamit mo din ba yung teams admin for call center setup? or may separate kayo na application for calls?

yes sir ayos dn si teams, pero since bago pa sya madami pang changes, alam mo naman si Microsoft kung ano ung nasa prod nila laging may development. hehe
Teams din po ung gamit namin for call center setup, like sa mga servicedesk hotline namin.. nag setup lang kami ng call queues assigned to a group.
 
anong gamit nyong payroll system? pinapagawa kase ako ng payroll system dito using php kaso dami ko pa ding inaasikaso kaya di ko maintindi hehe

Oo sir minsan okay yung update minsan hindi. haha Goods pala din yan si teams. Now ko lang nalaman na supported pala ng teams yung telecom setup. Ayos na ayos. Mga magkano yung ginastos niyo per telephone ba yung presyuhan nila?

Ang gamit namin is Odoo. Open-source naman siya pero mejo matindi labanan dito madami dami kang babaguhin depending on your managements requirements

Di ako part sir in terms of costing etc.. basta naka ready na lahat hehe. pero sigurado malakihang budget kelangan dito dahil per user and per month and charge madalas ni microsoft - annual subscription.. wala kasi ako global admin permission kaya hindi ko makikita sa billing side. hehe

Pero Microsoft 365 business standard is 12.50$ per month per user - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/mic...osoft-teams-options?activetab=pivot:primaryr1

so far eto lahat ng licenses namin, sa 365 e3 palang 23$ per user/per month na, and we have 4500 licenses for that so do the math nalang hehe, pero for sure baka may discount pa kami nakukuha dahil madami binabayarang services ung company namin kay microsoft.

Patambay po thank po sa thread ts, and ask na din po ako if my any idea po kayo for monitoring ng wireless and local network? Like dito po kasi sa work ko nag momonitor ako ng Wireless Devices, kasi nasa remote area po itong
Command Center namin, and medyo madami po kasing mga devices na need ko naka monitor lage, We are using Ip Radios for our Wireless Connectivity and mga devices na minomonitor ko ay Ip Radios, Isp, Seismic Sensors, CCTV Cameras, and and mga Hydrological Sensors like Water Elevation at madami pa, naka gawa po ng ako ng Script before na each devices simultaneously nya Piniping yung mga IP Address ng mga devices pero napaka static nung dating nung nagawa ko gumamit ako ng javascript para magawa yung monitoring. Any other recommendation po na software na pwede ma try and gamiting at open source po sana, TIA!!

Try mo bro yung PRTG Network Monitoring. Namomonitor niya yung overall network and with detailed graph and statistics. May 30 days trial then maactivate yung free version after mo magamit yung trial.

Silipin mo rin yung glasswire na tool. Baka matripan mo gamitin. May lite version siya para less resources ang kain sa ram.
