The Galaxy Note 10.1 will come with some fine specs, including a quad-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz (same as the Galaxy S3) and 2GB of RAM. The most distinctive feature of the Note 10.1 is the S Pen stylus, which promises to turn the tablet into a capable digitizer. Users will be able to practice their talents on a 10.1-inch display running at 1280×800. Some have hoped for a more generous pixel count, but it appears that the Exynos 4 Quad chip inside the Note 10.1 can only drive displays of up to 1366 x 768. We’ll have to wait for Exynos 5 with T604 GPUs to enjoy higher resolutions.
Here’s the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 spec sheet:
Size: 262 x 180 x 8.9 mm
Weight: 597g (Wi-Fi)
Processor: Samsung Exynos 4 Quad 1.4GHz, Mali-400MP GPU

Besides the great hardware specs, the Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with some unique software features, some of which were first introduced on the Samsung Galaxy S3. Among them, the most notable are:
