TW Based ROM (Such as SweetROM "The reason for this is before you flash a stock rom you should be on a TW based kernel") - Here's the link if you want this one -

ODIN and STOCK ROM (DO NOT DOWNLOAD STOCK ROM WITH () they are lock for specific carrier only. You download any rom with English support such as Singapore.) - The extension for Stock ROM is .tar -

Backup your files just in case you want to be rooted again.
- Use Titanium Backup App for apps
- You can download an app from play store for backing up your messages and contacts if ever they are not stored in your google acc.
Downgrade First to a Rooted JB TW Based ROM;
- Copy Philz Kernel and a TW Based ROM (For ex. SweetROM) and paste it in your SD Card
- Reboot to recovery. Depends on your rom but usually just press Power Button - Reboot - Recovery. If no such option is available then use the usual method, Press and hold till reboot to recovery. Volume Up + Home + Power
- Once in Recovery, Go to Install - SD Card 1 - Look for Philz Kernel and Flash it. IF you are using a TWRP Recovery then go to Install - Back folder (Should be an icon folder with dots "/o..." then look for SD Card - Then look for Philz Kernel then flash it.
- Now Go back then go to Advanced then Reboot to Recovery (NOT Reboot System). IF you are using a TWRP Recovery then press home icon in the screen (On lower left if I'm not mistaken) then go to Reboot - Then choose Recovery.
- Now you are in a new CWM which is Philz Touch Recovery.
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset
- Go to Mounts and System and Wipe the ff; System, Data, Cache and Preload
- Go back and Go to Advanced then Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Go back and go to Install and look for your TW Based ROM (Ex SweetROM)
- Installing would take a while so be patient. (Less than 5 mins)
- Once Complete Go back then Reboot System. This will take a while as well so be patient again. (Less than 10mins)
- Set it up, now once your phone boot up and able to see the homescreen, let it rest for about 2-3mins. Better not fry your processor.
- Reboot your phone after.
- Done.
How to Flash back to STOCK ROM;
TAKE NOTE:
- Make sure your KIES is off and not running in your PC
- Turn off Anti Virus as well.
- Make sure you have Drivers installed on your PC. (Drivers are ready to install if your have KIES, Just run kies then connect your Phone with the USB and let all drivers install (Plug and Play). Also Once installation is done turn off your phone and connect it to the PC it will also install another driver. IF you do not have a kies installed you can download drivers also from this link -
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424997)
- Lets get started. (You can also check this link on how to install a stock rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424997)
- I prefer you put the Odin.exe and Stock ROM .tar in one folder.
- Extract your Stock ROM till you see the .tar extension
- Open ODIN
- Select PDA and look for your Stock ROM .tar
- Uncheck the ff if they are checked by default; Re-Partition, Flash Lock, CSC Tab and Phone Tab.
- Now on your phone, Turn it off then go to Download mode. (Press and Hold till Download Mode is shown Volume Down + Home + Power)
- If I'm not mistaken it will prompt you if you want to continue or something like that, Press ok.
- Now connect your Phone to PC using the USB cable then Odin will detect your phone. You will something in ID:COM if Odin successfully detects your phone.
- Press Start. (This will take time ALSO TAKE NOTE: MAKE SURE YOUR CABLE WILL NOT BE DISCONNECTED DURING THE PROCESS. WHEN IT STARTS TO FLASH THE KERNEL AND THE CABLE BEEN DISCONNECTED IT CAN BRICK YOUR PHONE)
- Once done the phone will reboot it self then it will stay on boot animation for some time so be patient.
- Then it will start to install some application
- Once the phone boots let it rest again for about 2-3 mins coz the system will run in the background and your phone will be laggy at start up so let the phone rest first. After reboot.
- Done.
