Never had that problem once. Try to clean your sim with an eraser. Pag sinaksak mo ba ang icon ng signal is circle na may slash? If that was the case then need mo lang e align ng tama yung sim sa pag saksak mo. Pwede mo rin e try na mag manual detection ng sim sa settings.



Are you using facebook? Coz it uses about 60+mb of ram tapos kung gumagamit ka rin ng FB Messenger it consumes around 20+mb or ram.. Usually ang normal na free space ng ram pag ginagamit mo na is around 150mb. Pwede mo e swipe to close sa recent panel yung ibang apps mo na hindi mo na need para wala sa cache.

For custom rom ano ba need mo? I mean gusto mo ba ng TW+Samsung apps or just TW pero maski halos walang samsung apps, maybe an AOSP rom?

May lightweight kasi ng TouchWiz rom and may good na kernel pero hindi ko ma rerecommend kung need mo yung mga samsung apps.

Yep kasi ang laki ng resource ng Samsung kaya biglang liit ang ram. Yeh na try ko na rin yung note3rom kaso hindi ko na matandaan kung fluid haha try mo na rin.. Anyways ang na try ko na are AryaMod rom v7 not v8 and GalactusMOD rom. Yan dalawa yung pinaka matagal ko na ginamit. Although pwede mo rin try yung Sweetrom pero need mo gamitan ng COH na kernel kasi medyo choppy yun although ganda ng battery life.

How to flash a ROM from Stock ROM.
*** Things you need:
ROM of your choice (Touchwiz ROM)
Philz Kernel (Latest Version LTA) - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1901191
SD Card
A 100%-90% Battery life.

Step 1. (Root your Phone) - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1329360
- Follow steps on Post 1 on How to Root With APK (First post is for ICS/JB users only.)
* To check if you are rooted. Install Titanium Backup (Might as well backup your Apps with it)

Step 2. (Backup everything you need)
- Backup apps/games with Titanium Backup.
- Backup Contacts. (If ever you have contacts that isn't sync with google) (Just check play store for an app to backup your contacts).
- Backup Messages. (Just look for an app in play store).

Step 3. (Transfer the files needed)
- Transfer ROM and Philz Kernel to SD Card.

Step 4. (Flash Philz Kernel)
- Press and Hold Up Volume + Home Button + Power till you enter to recovery mode. (How it looks like - http://droidviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/android-recovery-galaxy-note.jpg)
- Choose "Apply update from external storage" (Use Volume Rocker to Navigate and Power Button to choose)
- Look for Philz Kernel and apply.
- Once a note that the update is done or successful, go to recovery mode again (Press and Hold Up Volume + Home Button + Power). "Do not choose Reboot System from the menu"
- Now you will have a new Recovery Mode. (How it looks like - http://imageshack.us/a/img545/6956/image1resize.png).
* If the new image of recovery mode didn't show and still showing the stock recovery that only means you failed to flash the philz kernel. Make sure the philz kernel zip is flashable and usable.

Step 5. (Flashing the ROM)
*Make sure you are using Philz Kernel!!! Never NEVER forget to flash philz kernel when you try to flash a new rom! Why?! The only way to brick your phone is by wiping data/factory reset using an unsafe kernel. Just to be safe on flashing a new ROM, just go to recovery then flash phiz kernel then reboot to recovery. Now you are safe to wipe data.
- Choose Wipe Data/Factory Reset then yes then go back
- Choose Advanced then choose Wipe Dalvik then yes then go back
- Choose Install Zip
- Choose External Storage and look for your ROM and choose it!
- Once installation starts this would take some time not more than 5mins to install. (Be patient)
- Once a confirmation that the installation is successful, Go back and reboot system
- This will take a while as well and much longer than the installation process. (Be very patient) (How would you know if its not stuck or something... The Samsung word is glowing on and off mildly. If the bootanimation "Samsung Logo" keeps looping then you need to go to recovery again and do the process from Step 5.)
- The initial setup will be shown where you will choose your language then etc.. (You can skip the rest and set it up later)
- Let the phone do its thing on starting the apps,etc and rest your phone for about 3mins. (Better not fry your processor)
- Reboot your phone after and start your setup and restoration of apps, sms, etc.
- Done!


For Themes:
- Just flash the theme from recovery. (Install zip - External Storage)


Take Note:
- Do not update the superuser as it has problem if you update it from play store.
- I also actually prefer COH kernel for this ROM. - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2252977 (Just flash this in Recovery "Install zip - External Storage")
- Note 3.1fwm ROM has limited system apps so you have to delete some apps from system and preload if ever you get an insufficient storage. To remove apps from Preload and System, use a Root File Explorer app. To check which apps is safe to remove, you can check the details here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1580830


Side Note:
- If you got some error on rom and others didn't have that problem like something has crash then do this other way of wiping data.
This is only applicable if you came from a TW based rom and will flash a TW based rom. Do not use this process if you came from AOSP or CM. Also do not use this process if you will flash a AOSP or CM.
- Assuming that you are already on Philz Recovery Mode
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset
- Go to Mounts and Storage
- Wipe Cache
- Wipe System
- Wipe Data
- Wipe Preload
- Go Back
- Go to Advance
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Then install the rom again.

Gud morning boss bratboo, out of warranty na note 1 ko almost 2 years na sakin and medyo mabagal na kaya wanna try this rooting method, first time ko siya iroroot, yung nasa taas po ba na procedure is the latest and easy procedure para i root samsung galaxy note 1 (n7000)? Kung sa inyo ko po ipaparoot how much po kaya and saan po location niyo?Medyo natatakot po kasi ako mag root lalo na di ko pa nakikita actual procedure....Thanks

Step by step na yan and habang ginawa ko yan ginagawa ko rin sa phone ko from stock to make sure wala akong ma mimiss na steps. Madali lang naman yan and ang pinaka iingatan mo lang naman is yung recovery kung naka philz ka na. after nun wala naman na problem. Wag mo lang lagi kakalimutan na ang recovery dapat na gamit mo is Philz Kernel or Raw Kernel. Pag Nagawa mo na yung Step 4 safe na yun. If ever mag kamali ka mula step 5 (pero make sure nasa tamang recovery ka) pwede mo e fix yung phone mo using odin. Hanap ka na rin ng stock rom na pang odin para may pang backup ka agad.

Alright! Successful yan basta sundan mo lang yung steps. Ikaw na bahala mamili ng custom rom. Btw iba yung steps for Kitkat base ha. Pang Touchwiz base yang steps dyan.

Sorry naka down na yung link na meron ako for PH JB Stock ROM. Although kung mabilis naman net mo then just install latest KIES and update. Ganun ginawa ko before nun hindi pa ako nag ccustom rom.

Nop! Requirement is 4.0.1+ So dapat naka ICS ka.

Pwede ka gumamit ng Kies or Odin. For kies, download mo lang latest kies - install - connect phone then ma ddetect ng kies yung need na update. Or use Odin, Download ka ng rom sa sammobile ng rom. Nop hindi need ng root kung official rom ang e iinstall mo.

Korean model yung phone niya. yung n7000 international model. Install ka lang ng kies or punta ka sa settings - about phone - tapos may update dun. pero mas ok kung sa pc ka para hindi maputol dl mo. malaking files e ddl nun.

Maraming salamat bratboo rooted na phone ko kaso di nako gumamit CWM, yung safemode lang basta mapagana ko lang xmod ayus nako don, hehe...sensya sa late reply...
