Go to Playstore and Download the app Postern

Install it.

Open Postern app

Click the option upper left

then click the Import Proxy/Rule

click Import Local

Find the PRX file. like Nivayk5.prx

then thats it.

check the Key at your notification, if have a key you are already connected.
