I bought mine 2nd hand at 10,000 pesos. Brandnew price range is 12k-15k. I planned to buy local MTK6589 devices like Cherry cosmos x2 or Starmobile Knight (~12k) but I accidentally saw VEGA phones. It's exclusively sold in Korea that is why support and availability is still limited in the Philippines.

Meron ako nito. Currently running on v2.24 (for SKT or a850s). Solb ako sa performance. I would personally prefer this over anything else within its price range. Ang mahirap lang dito is walang local dev or kahit yung english-speaking man lang. :P

Has anyone tried using stock ROM + custom kernel with their R3's?

rooted na kasi sakin and deleted na ung bloatwares kasi nag install ako ng "RootAppDelete".

I have my vega R3 at vega Iron...so far so good nman ang performance ng vega compared to other phones

Maraming Custom ROM.
MIUI, Xperia, Kitkat, LG, CM11,CM10,Mookee,AOSP...... nasubukan ko na lahat fav and Gamit ko ngayon yung V6

Custom Kernel para ma overclock sa 1.7GHz...
