The Subscriber agrees to the following terms and conditions governing the use of the Smart BlackBerry Service (the "Service")

The Service is available to the following:
New Connect subscription under a 24-month contract;
Switchers from other networks under a 24-month contract;
Postpaid Subscribers
Prepaid subscribers
The Subscriber availing of the Service must be a BlackBerry device user. He can avail the Service by sending BB DAILY or BB WEEKLY or BB MONTHLY to 2207. There will be no auto-renewal for this Service. Upon expiration of the package, the Subscriber must send BB DAILY or BB WEEKLY or BB MONTHLY to 2207 to subscribe again.
The daily flat rate fee amounting to P50, weekly flat rate fee of P300 and monthly flat rate of P1200 shall cover the license fee.
BlackBerry Daily/Weekly/Monthly Plan Payment Terms
The Subscriber shall pay the amount due to Smart:
A daily flat rate of P50 or weekly flat rate fee of P300 or monthly flat rate fee of P1200;
All charges incurred in using the Service; and
All applicable Philippine taxes as included in the billed charges.
The unlimited allocation may be used for mobile browsing, access and use of social networking sites, e-mail and BlackBerry instant messaging service only.
Postpaid Roaming Subscribers shall be charged the standard VAS roaming charges unless he sent QUIT to 2207 prior to departure from the Philippines to any international destination.
If a postpaid SIM is redirected for any reason, any or all outgoing transactions (voice, SMS, and data) will be barred. During the period of redirection, all the applicable fees and charges shall still be charged to the account.
A Subscriber may terminate his subscription to the Service by going to any Smart Wireless Center and requesting for termination through an after sales transaction or sending STOP keyword to 2207.
The Company is not liable for illegal/unauthorized transactions that may arise from the use of the Service.
The Subscriber shall be liable for all e-mails and other transactions from his Device regardless of who may make such e-mails and other transactions. Non-payment of these bills or refusal on the part of the Subscriber to pay bills arising from these e-mails and other transactions shall be sufficient ground for the Company to discontinue the Service.
The Subscriber shall be responsible for ensuring that his personal e-mail/s is/are protected against unauthorized access through his Device.
All inquiries on the Service must be coursed though the Smart Customer Hotline (632) 888-1111 or *888 using any Smart mobile phone.
All other terms and conditions of Smart Gold, Smart Gold Lite, or Smart Buddy subscription, whichever is applicable to the Subscriber, and which are not inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, shall apply in connection with the Service
