First of all I'm not endorsing the product or recommend this to you okay? But it worked for me.
I had the same problem like yours before and i know what it feels like. Until now pag hinintuan ko ang maintenance magkakaroon nanaman ako ng pimple/acne
I tried all remedy, soap, cleanser etc etc w/c you can buy at the local market or store pero hindi effective.
To get rid of my pimple:
1st.) I went to a derma clinic (ask expert advise first of course!)
So niresetahan ako ng gamot called PREDNIZONE and you cannot buy it at the counter w/o prescription kasi classified as steroids sya at ang effect niya is mawala ang redness at pamamaga ng acne at reduce sebum oils. I take it 3x a day after meal (depende sa timbang mo at your age ung pag intake) at ang pait nitong gamot na ito.
Kasama sa nireseta, meron din tinatawag na ISOTRETINOIN, 75 pesos sya isa
and this is the most effective na gamot, Once a day lang sakin ipinapainom ito (depende sa timbang at your age) after dinner lang. Ang effect together with prednizone talagang totally mawawala ang oil ng mukha magiging dry, no more acne (cystic acne), at pamamaga at pamumula kaso ang downside pati lips mo magdadry
might as well hindi mo ito mabibili over the counter ng walang prescription.

2nd. ) Nung namahalan ako sa gastos at nakikita kong maayos na kutis ng mukha ko, wala ng acne i decided to stop it (For the sake of my Liver as well kasi gamot iyon)

BUT BE AWARE OF USING THIS PRODUCT use it in mild application first alam ko atat kang gumaling pero wag mag madali sa maagap ng resulta (May instruction in every package sundan mo nalang) in my experience using this product talagang totally nawala acne ko, pumuti ang muka ko, nawala dark spots. kaso rito magbabalat face mo, mamumula face mo etc so my parang burning sensation kang mararamdaman dito, itchy or ung stingy sensation but if your face gets the hang of it kahit panghilamos mo ung t0ner na dating mahapdi sayo eh wala ka ng mararamdaman na sakit sa umpisa lang

3rd. ) Hilamos ka tubig wag puro chemicals gamitin mo sa mukha sometimes reason din ito para mairita ang face mo at magka ACNE, Ipahinga mo minsan ang mukha mo sa mga kemikal na nilalagay mo, kung mahaba buhok mo paputol mo baka naman kasi mala Dao Ming Zu buhok mo at natutusok ang mukha mo (ang hair my oil so malalagyan si face maiirita and then POOF! acne.
4th. ) Kain ka ng prutas or gulay na mayaman sa Retin, like for example Carrots ako ngumagata nako ng carrots parang bugs bunny lang haha. Kidding aside eat food that are healthy in VIT. A
5th.) Minsan Hygiene rin yan, make sure unan mo malines, pinapahid mo sa mukha malines, dont ever touch your face with your hand or prick you pimples kasi pag pinisa mo yan ung liquid na ilalabas nya marumi maraming bacteria that might cause acne again.

disiplina hygiene kailangan sabayan mo ng gamot or product itll be fine.
