Bilad ka sa araw 15 minutes umaga or hapon pero kung ayaw mo umitim take ka na lang capsule. Fern-d 1000iu iniinom ko kasi un mura at safe level. 5000iu and above eh overdosed na. Mas effective vitamin D kesa sa zinc. Try niyo magbasa sa acne.org dun ko nalaman. May nabibili sa drugstore niyan.

Heto nalaman ko after doing research again, vitamin b5(Pantothenic Acid) nakakatulong daw sa pimples.

bat ganun nung unang gamit ko sa dr wong sulfur soap ramdam ko effective naman sya madalas(not everyday) 2-3 times ko pa ginagamit. ang tagal ko hindi nagkakapimples. tapos ngayon eh parang nagkakaroon nanaman. panay naman ako umiinom ng tubig.
