Some application wont open and connect to wifi

Please help naman po... bakit kaya di mag open mga application ko o maconnect sa wifi at lumalabas na no internet connection pero ung fb, youtube, google chrome at messenger ok naman pero gaya ng play store, shoppe, lazada, iwant, twitter, tiktok etc ayaw mag connect lumalabas nga na no connection. Finormat ko na ganun pa rin result im using may 5 months old redmi note 7 ganun din sa misis ko ung mobile niya na bagong bili ng vivo15 same result gaya ng sa akin pero pag iconnect sa data nag oopen naman. ang tanung sa ibang mga kasambahay ko okey naman mobile nila. Anu kaya problema please help naman. Salamat in advance
