Suggest Laptop under 20k

I suggest 2nd hand with the higher specs. You don't need a brand new laptop if the specification is not that good. It depends also on how you are going to use it. For gaming, you need a much higher spec but for office use only, midrange spec is good enough.

usually ang 20k budget will have i3/4gRAM/500GB HDD at 14-15.6" screen (non gaming)
