you can put the 16 digit codes via opening connecting a pc to your browser i prefer chrome. look for its ip address like 192.168.0.1 and lgay password. normal password are smartbro then go to settings and look for apn tapos right click and click inspect element sa browser. type unlock sa search button ng element and hanapin nyo yung codes gaya ng nasa attached pic....View attachment 337837
