till now po ba still may vertigo ka? im sure pwed ka rin matulungan ng supplinents from toronto canda 25 years na in market... nanini wala kb TS sa mga suppliments?

2 weeks na ko na hihilo at sumsakit ang batok, kaya nag pa check up ako
sabi ng doktor may vertigo raw ako, kaya niresetahan ako ng doktor
kaya ngayon nag take na ako ng medicine,,,
sa mga nag karoon po nito ano po ang mga bawal gawin ?
anu po dapat na posisyon sa pag tulog?
bawal po bag mag headset ?
hindi ko po naitanong sa doktor kasi naklimutan ko,
I haven't experienced having a vertigo for more than 1 day likewise my dad. In my case, I just suddenly felt dizzy and I could literally see my surrounding spinning and I felt nauseous so I had to lie in bed, close my eyes and take "Serc". After taking the medicine, I felt better overnight so I didn't bother going to the doctor. In my dad's case, I had to rush him to the hospital because he felt dizzy and threw up several times. The doctor said it was caused by his ears - something like infection inside his ear.

ako din may vertigo. pero ang masaklap may kasamang astigmatism at migraine lalo pag mainit ang panahon. maintenance ko na gamot cinarizin pag medyo slight lang.pero kapag grabe ung vertilate. bawal ang caffiene at sweets. dati nung una ko naramdaman natakot at nadepressed ako pero ang sabi ng doctor di naman ganun kagrabe ang sakit kesa sa iba.

Kumusta na TS hanggang ngayon pa ba nag tatake ka ng maintenance mo? na diagnose din ako na may positional vertigo at meron ako maintenance na betahistine 2x a day.

I experienced this a few times before and it really difficult because your vision is literally spinning. It's like you're standing still while the environment around you is spinning. It's difficult to move and every step you take to reach a bed is so difficult because it's like you're getting off balance with each step. From what I read and from what the doctor told my dad when he experienced this, the ears are to blame. But after taking Serc I felt better.
