Hi, San ang hosting ng system nyo? Localhost lang ba? If online, meron mga sms gateway na free, magagamit mo yun as 3rd party plugin, magandang programming languages are PHP and ASP.NET for your system. If localhost or private server running lang sa network. Need mo ng GSM modem, like broadband. Yung Plug and Play na broadband. This GSM modem sya yung ilalagay mo sa server, which is sya yung mg pprocess ng mga sms outbound ng system mo. Seperate program to na gagawin mo using vb.net or C#. Makakagawa ka naman neto web base, pero tomcat server and JSP ang language.
