criminals are animals in human form.. and the CHR is treating these animals like they are special/vips? look what have happened to our country, these criminals are not afraid to do inhumane and heinous crimes because along the way, they know that their life are not at stake.
Those CHRs love criminals because they take a lot of money out from them.

I kinda think that any notion of human rights ends at the threshold of another one's human rights. Beyond that, the violator has forfeited his rights and deserves whatever defense the victim or the government would deem wise for self-preservation. And I think this is where the CHR is severely lacking in promulgation. Blind idealism and nananaig at umiiral sa palakad niya.

And here's another food for thought: the first argumentS of human rights were formulated with the government as the possible aggressor, not any private party. As understood in the proper context of social contract, every citizen surrenders the right to arms to the government as the prime agency of justice and retribution. The concept of human rights arose out of fear that the government might overexert and abuse its powers. Remember this when you cry human rights against private criminals next time.

Yung nabalita at nag viral pa nga na akyat bahay na nahuli at binugbog ng ninakawan nya mismo sa loob ng bahay ng biktima dahil nahuli nya sa akto dis oras ng gabi ninanakawan siya tapos umepal ang CHR tapos kakasuhan daw nila yung biktima na ninakawan dahil sa pambubugbog nya sa magnanakaw. Bigyan pa rin natin ng Human Rights. Sa totoo lang kulang pa yung buhay sa ginawa nilang krimen.

Kung rape at pinatay yung biktima lalo kapag bata. Bigyan pa rin natin ang Human Rights pero bigyan ng 10,000 babae at dapat sa loob ng 24 oras ay mapaligaya niya lahat ng babae kapag umayaw makakatanggap siya ng sampal mula sa 10,000 babae.
