Kung ako ang papipiliin, I'd choose TIP.
Humahakot ng awards at accreditations ang school na 'to. Kung pwede lang ibalik ang oras, mas pipiliin ko ang school na 'to.
Quality of Education
- Okay na okay at up-to-date sila sa technology.
Environment of School
- Di ko masabi. Pero I think okay din naman.
Employment Rate
- Mukhang mas mataas compared sa ibang schools (ayaw ko mag name drop. hahaha). Pero nasa estudyante pa din naman yun kung paano niya i-eenhance yung skills niya.
TIP QC nga pala yung tinutukoy ko. Kung kaya mo naman mag-commute tutal isang sakay lang naman sa LRT-2 yan, dun ka na lang. Haha.

Same lang rin naman ang TIP-QC and TIP-Manila kung accreditation ang paguusapan..
Kung may pangtuition ka abot ng 40-60k per sem piliin mo na ang TIP kasi ABET accredited sila international accreditation un same sila ng MAPUA just google nalang hehehe hahaba pa explanation ko.. maganda ang facilities ng TIP at top 10 employer's most preferred schools... pero kung ayaw mo gumastos maganda rin ang TUP kasi magagaling din mga studyante dyan..

For your question, i would be bias towards TIP.
TIP is a better choice based sa concern mo about Quality of education kasi as far as i know, Center of Excellence ang TIP pagdating sa computer studies(CpE and BSIT). Bilang lang ang center of excellence level na schools sa NCR. But you need to allot budget dahil private ang TIP and tuition is not that cheap.
Aside from Center of Excellence, palaging nasa top 10 ng jobstreet ang TIP pagdating sa preferred graduates.
Miske sa mga migration consulting firms, palaging nasa advantage ang TIP together with other prestigious schools like DLSU,Ateneo,AMA,Adamson,etc.
environment ng school? as an alumnus of TIP, i can say na maganda environment nila sobrang linis, napatawag pa nga magulang ko dahil lang sa pagsuot ng cap.
employment rate? gaya ng sabi ko palagi sa top 10 preferred freshmen ng jobstreet ang TIP graduates. Hindi pipitsugin ang TIP. marami rami na rin ang mga successful na TIP graduates sa mga malalaking companies especially MNCs.

edit: just found out that DOTr has partnered with TIP to offer accredited programs in line with the upcoming opportunities within DOTr.
