Gumagawa nga ako ng web page kasi html5 at css palng ang alam ko tlgang icode, with the help of codecademy nkgwa ako ng disenteng page, kaso wala akong mpgshare-ran na makaka-appreciate the ways I see this page..karamihan kasi sa friends ko hindi into programming..normal works dito sa UAE, mga office worker, meron mang into tech, mga boys naman at more on hardware sila..hay..walang makaintindi, kya dito ko sinsabi lahat ng frustration ko.

Dito po pwede mo i share, madami makaka appreciate ng gawa mo and pwede ka pa mapayuhan ng pwede na improvements sa gawa mo.

Same here. Yung html5 at css3 medyo naiintindihan ko na, luckily with God's help naka-buo naman ako ng isang page, pero with guidlines pa din ng codecademy yun.. ngayun nsa javaScript na ko, ang hirap unawain..hay..naliligaw ako, tas iniisip ko, para saan kya yung ganito at ganun..

sana makakuha tyo ng views sa mga expert sa javaScript.

yes po, I agree people are unique in their own way as well as they programming capacity, ang sinabi ko pong same ay yung feeling na parang na-lo-lost ka kasi hindi mo na maintindihan. I think, expert po kayo...may mga slow learner po kasi talaga na gaya ko kaya ko po ginawa yung thread na ito para po makakuha din ng opinyon ng mga unique na tao.

How to get motivated? Short answer, money.

Think of the ROI. You learn software development. You become good at it by continually practicing, learning new technology as you go. As you develop new skills you also become more marketable which means you have the potential to earn more than the previous year. More money to support yourself and your family. You start to live a quality life. Buy the things that you NEED. Maybe invest some on the housing market so that you have a place to retire to when you go back to your homeland. It's really up to your imagination. Software developers or programmers earn more than average workers. And there are plenty of opportunities to grow as new technologies emerge. You are luckier than most since you are already there in Dubai. There are far more opportunities there compared to our homeland.

So yeah, money. It may not buy you everything but it's certainly more comfortable to think that you are gonna be okay the next few years having a high-paying job than worry about where to get the money to pay for next month's bills.

Thank you so much for this encouraging thought, yes this is true...I see future with IT is quite pretty stable.. the problem I have now is those moments I have nothing to extract on my brain, that when I am looking for the logic, it seems like going nowhere..the code looks blank in my front...I can't grasp the essence, for me I can say that intellectual programmers in the Philippines are much better here..for example, most companies here don't use ERP systems and still using ancient excel way of encoding..unlike in the Phil that Companies, even though SME's are really into upgrading their systems in a much easier and efficient platforms...




Pero totoo na highest paying job nga ito ngaun..salamat.

Im in this position right now but slightly different.

Unemployed ako ngayon, may pc sa kwarto at nakikikonek lang sa kapitbahay.

Di ko rin alam kung san magsisimula... mas prefer ko muna sana kung may maglelecture sakin tapos pag alam ko na yung mga basics, magseself study na lang ako.

Dun ko nagkasense yung sinabi nung kapitbahay ko nung nag aaral pa ako, may ari sya ng internet cafe at kaparehas ng kurso which is computer science...

Then nung napag usapan namin yung about sa future career or gusto kong maging work sabi ko "IT staff basta yung nag aayos" ngayon ko narealize yung sinabi nyang "wag mo ko gayahin, magprogramming ka na lang... computer sayang ang aabutin mo tulad ko"

akala ko nagbibiro lang sya lalo na yung sa term, dun ko narealize mas may future pag ganun... sayang pa man din mahilig din ako sa programming pero hanggang basics lang ako... humingi ako ng tulong sa mga kakilala kong magagaling magprogram, parehas lang ako naseen zone.

ang balak ko sana subukan ay PHP / CSS / Database. marunong naman ako sa html kahit papaano. mejo masakit kasi sa ulo ung java at c.

tsaka eto medyo seryoso, nung nag apply ako ng work (for IT staff basta ung nag aayos ng pc) medyo naiyak ako nung magsusubmit ako ng resume tapos below expected salary ung napapasahan ko,

Push niyo lang limit niyo, .the more error's na ma.encounter niyo the more you learn a LOT, .kaya wag sumuko kung anu talaga gusto niyo, .kung yun talaga magbibigay sa inyo ng enjoyment araw araw gawin mo lahat ng best niyo at wag kayo mawalan ng pag.asa, .kagaya ko akala ko wala na talaga akung pag.asa maging programming almost 4years din ako nawala sa ganitong fields, .na.realize ko na hindi na ako masaya sa mga ginagawa ko dati kung work, .ayun nag give up ako sa dati kung work na hindi talaga akoa masaya at nag.self study ako uli sa mga language ng program at ito ang malupint talagang ZERO knowledge na talaga ako sa mga code's pero dahil gusto kung matoto in short the long story hito ako ngaun i'm the one programmer na, actually 6months po palang ako naging coder at PHP/Javascripts basic lang alam ko ngaun so far tapos standard na sa HTML5 and CSS3, .gusto ko lang sabihin, .don't give up kung san talaga magbibigay sayo ng enjoyment araw araw, .^_^ have a good day guys, .happy coding

Yan din sinearch ko after ko mabasa kay TS.. parang naiisip ko dito is isang APPLICATION program na naka centralize na sa ibang dept. sa company with iba't ibang uri ng programs, REPORTING, SALES, INVENTORY,PAYROLL etc. pati sa database nya naka centralize, may apps pa na android and ios to view Reports.. di ko sure kung tama tong naisip ko about sa ERP.. hehe vinivisualize ko lang.. if mali paki linawan haha...

I understand, lahat naman tayo dumaan sa umpisa yong walang wala talaga. Kailangan mo lang mag concentrate at intindihin ang mga deiscussions. Hindi po ako expert may alam lang kunti hehehe

Ang ERP ay enterprise resource planning.. sa kolokyal na salita, ang isang kumpanya, maliit man o malaki basta established na ay nangangailangan nga ganito I may say, isang sistema na makakatulong sa kumpanya pagdating sa reporting at encoding ng mga data ng negosyo...before I was SAP Business One Functional Assistant Consultant, iba-ibang company yung nahandle ko, like manufacturing ng packaging, manufacturing ng paints, manufacturing ng semi-conductor, Mall, provider ng imported na kape and so on...anu bang pare-pareho sa mga kumpanyang ito..may BUSINESS PROCESS silang tinatawag.. may SALES, PURCHASING, ACCOUNTING, INVENTORY, LOGISTICS, HUMAN RESOURCE, ADMINISTRATION, sa SAP lahat ng module na yan na-icover...iintro sknla yung sistema para pwede nila gamiting to record and input data, makakakuha ka ng accurate report based din sa input mo...pero mostly, ang tingin dito ay parang accounting system lang din gaya ng MIS, MYOB, PEACHTREE...etc...

Medyo informative ako ng konti kasi eto yung work ko before, iintro sa Client and SAP..iexplain yun..mgndang work to...I recommend...pero nung ma-engaged ako programming..medyo na-inlove ako..

Anu pong ERP ang hinandle nyo? Pag business one okey yun kasi buo na,..pero kung SAP R3 mabigat kasi from the core ang gawaan nun, talagang well designed based sa gusto ng client, unlike business one..setup na lang.

Nung ma-team-up ako sa gumagawa ng add-ons ng SAP dun ako nakaencounter ng programming language n ASP at .net, ang galing kasi nung naging kapartner ko, pero share ko lang, ang mga programmers na nakasama ko, hindi masyadong msalita, ako kasi hati , parang sales nadin ako kasi ako yung ngcoconvince sa client sa efficacy ng program/system...

pero karamihan talaga sa programmer tahimik lang pero ang gagaling ng utak nila...hanga talaga ko...
