Tip #1: Dapat di ka pagod bago uminom. Lalo na kapag gabi ang inuman.
Reason?- Kasi depressant ang alcohol. kapag tinamaan ka ng antok dahil sa stress at puyat + depressed state due to alcohol, babagsak ka talaga.May mga nacocoma pa nga nyan.
Tip#2: Dapat hindi ka gutom. Tama ang iba nating kaSB.
REason?- Kasi 75%-85% of alcohol is absorbed through stomach walls but then synthesized through the liver.Kaya ideally kumain muna 1-2 hours before the derby.
