Sir sana makatulong ako skk din sa akin na factory reset ko sya synchronize mo yong vol+ at power button lalabas si andriod press mo ang power button uli saglit lalabas yong option pili kalang vol- ang pagpili sa mga option vol+ naman ang apply...

gumamit ka ng phoenix.search kana lang kung panu gamtin tapos hanap ka na rin ng firmware ng skk a11.kailangan mu din ng memory card ok lang kahit 1gb..so ang mangyayari iinstall ng phoenix yung firmware sa memory card tapos ilagay mu sa skk a11 mu..alam ko meron dito sa symbianize kung panu gawin yun search mu na lang..tested ko na yun nagawa ko yung tablet gamit yun..take note:sira na usb port ng tablet so wala na pag asa yung usb debugging..ganun ginawa ko memory card lang

My Solution:

1. Visit this URL (http://firmwares2you.blogspot.jp/2014/07/skk-a11-remove-pattern-lock-reset.html) and download the required files/apps and follow the given steps.

NOTE: You must download the correct packet (.pac) file. you can download it at 4shared.com.
Packet (.pac) file that i used: K130813-784_SKK_3.5TD_T350H-5_SC6820_2SIM_英(默认)_V0.07_20130912.pac.
China ang version ng SKK MObile A11 ko. So if your phone's version is not China, then you have to check the correct
version and download the correct pac file.

3. Once you downloaded the correct packet file, just continue the remaining steps mentioned in the said URL.
